| Health information adoption is an important part of health communication.With the development of social media,health communication research focusing on social media platforms has become a hot spot,and users ’ adoption of health information is an important dimension to measure the effect of health communication.Among them,migrant women workers,as social vulnerable groups,should pay more attention to health problems due to their working environment and gender characteristics.How to explore the internal mechanism of health information of mobile women workers to contact and adopt in social media,how to improve the health literacy of mobile women workers through the power of social media and promote the adoption of health information,is related to the improvement of the health literacy of the whole people,is an important task to promote the construction of Healthy China.In the past,most of the health information adoption started from the impact of information quality factors on information adoption,and the research targets are mainly college students and the elderly.From the new perspective of health information adoption of mobile women workers in social media,exploring the influencing factors of health information in social media,and propose measures to promote mobile women to adopt health information in social media.The study found that the health information adoption behavior of mobile women in social media can be divided into three steps: health information contact,information evaluation and information utilization of information,including perceived usefulness,recipient involvement,social decisive factors,information avoidance intention,perceived credibility,perceived severity,perceived benefits of health behavior and obstacles are the key factors affecting the health information adoption behavior of migrant workers.In order to promote the health information adoption behavior of mobile women workers in social media,they should promote their contact with health information,improve the credibility of health information in social media platforms,improve the health quality level of migrant women workers,and promote their scientific use of health information. |
