Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Cui’s Prepuce Retractor In The Treatment Of Phimosis In Children

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of Cui’s prepuce retractor method and traditional vascular clamp expansion method in the treatment of phimosis in children,to provide a theoretical basis for its clinical application.Methods Children with phimosis who were treated at the Urology Clinic and Inpatient Department of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Minority Hospital from June 1,2019 to August 31,2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the inclusion and expulsion criteria,158 patients with met the requirements were screened out.child.Divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method,each with 79 cases,treated with Cui’s foreskin distractor method and traditional vascular clamp expansion method,and compared and analyzed the general information,clinical efficacy and pain degree of the two groups,Degree of edema,operation time and incidence of infection,parent satisfaction and other indicators.Results(1)The two groups of children have no significant differences in age,height,weight,etc.(P>0.05),and they are comparable.(2)The cure rates of the experimental group and the control group were 96.2% and80.8%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)During the treatment and 1,2,3 days after treatment,the pain grading of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and the painless rate was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)During the treatment and 1 day after treatment,the edema degree and the incidence of edema in the test group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The average operating time,infection incidence,and parent satisfaction rate in the experimental group were(9.05±1.40)min,3.8%,and 89.7%;the average operating time,infection incidence,and parent satisfaction rate in the control group were(10.92±1.45).)Min,11.5%,80.8%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Cui’s prepuce retractor method has short operation time,definite clinical effect,low complication rate,high comfort of children and high satisfaction of parents,and has good clinical promotion and use value.
