| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wang’s Qingliang plaster twist gauze strip on postoperative wound pain degree,wound secretion,granulation growth,wound healing time and carrion shedding time of high simple anal fistula(damp-heat bet type).Provide clinical observation data for Wang’s Qingliang plaster twisting gauze to promote wound healing after anal fistula operation.Methods:Selected from April 2020 to December 2020,hospitalized in the second district of the Anorectal Department of Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,72 patients with high simple anal fistula(damp-heat bet type)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into Wang’s Qingliang There were 36 cases in the ointment group and 36 cases in the Revnauer group.After conventional treatment,the Wang’s Qingliang ointment group was treated with Wang’s Qingliang plaster for local dressing of twisted gauze wounds,and the Revnol group was treated with conventional treatments and treated with local dressing of Revnauer gauze wounds.The two groups were observed separately The degree of wound pain,wound secretions,and granulation growth before and on the 3rd,7th,and 14 th days after the treatment.Record the time of carrion shedding and wound healing time.Record the scores of each symptom in a table,and use spss20 software to analyze the data.Results: In the course of clinical observation,72 cases completed the study,36 cases in Wang’s Qingliang ointment group,36 cases in Revnauer group.Before treatment,the age,gender,depth of the lesion,postoperative wound area,pain,wound secretion,and granulation growth were compared between the two groups before treatment,and they were all P>0.05,which was comparable.The results of the study are as follows:1.Comparison of wound pain: The comparison of pain before medication between the two groups was P>0.05,which was not statistically significant,indicating that there was no significant difference in the degree of anal pain between the two groups before medication,and they were comparable.The comparison of pain scores between the Wang’s Qingliang plaster group and the Revenol group on the 3rd,7th,and 14 th days after the treatment is P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,indicating that Wang’s Qingliang plaster twist gauze strip is better than the anal pain after anal fistula operation Revnauer group.2.Comparison of wound secretions: The comparison of the two groups of wound secretions before medication P>0.05,no statistical significance,indicating that there is no significant difference between the two groups of wound secretions before medication,and they are comparable.Comparison of wound secretions between the Wang’s Qingliang ointment group and the Revenol group on the 3rd,7th,and 14 th days after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that Wang’s Qingliang plaster twisted gauze strips can reduce postoperative wound secretions The effect is better than that of the Revnauer group.3.Comparison of granulation growth: the comparison of granulation growth between the two groups before treatment was P>0.05,which was not statistically significant,indicating that there was no significant difference in granulation growth between the two groups before treatment,and they were comparable.The comparison between the Wang’s Qingliang ointment group and the Revenol group on the 3rd day after the treatment,P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference in granulation growth between the two groups on the3 rd day.The comparison of granulation growth on the 7th and 14 th day P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that Wang’s Qingliang plaster twisted gauze was better than the Revnauer group in promoting granulation growth.4.Comparison of the time of sloughing off the wound surface: P<0.05 for the comparison of the time of sloughing off the wound surface between the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant,and the difference was significant,indicating that Wang’s Qingliang plaster twisted gauze strip can speed up the sloughing off of the wound after anal fistula,and promote The wound grows and heals.5.Comparison of wound healing time: P<0.05 for the comparison of wound healing time between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant.The average healing time of the Wang’s Qingliang plaster group was 32 days,and the average healing time of the Revenol group was 35 days,indicating that the Wang’s Qingliang plaster twisted gauze was better than the Revenol group in promoting wound healing and shortening the healing time.6.Overall curative effect comparison: On the 14 th day of treatment,the effective rate of Wang’s Qingliang Ointment group was 94.44%,and the effective rate of Revenol group was80.55%.According to statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups was P<0.05,which was comparable.It shows that the twisted gauze strip of Wang’s Qingliang plaster is better than the Revnauer group in improving postoperative symptoms.Conclusion: The twisted gauze strip of Wang’s Qingliang plaster is used for high-position simple anal fistula(damp-heat bet type)postoperative dressing.It has a definite effect.It can significantly reduce postoperative wound pain,reduce wound secretions,promote granulation growth,and accelerate carrion shedding,Shorten the wound healing time,and no adverse reactions occur,it is available for clinical use. |
