Comparison Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Acetoglutamine And Paroxetine In The Treatment Of Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Objective: Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD)is a mental disorder that mainly experiences anxiety and tension.Among them,headache,insomnia,chest tightness and hyperhidrosis are the most common clinical symptoms.In this study,the value of aceglutamine and paroxetine in the treatment of anxiety disorders in the early stage of application,aceglutamine can improve the onset of treatment,less adverse reactions,high compliance,fundamentally improve patients’ anxiety symptoms,and provide better clinical work.treatment plan.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of the third edition of the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Standards for Mental Disorders,60 cases of anxiety patients treated in our hospital from April 2019.04 to 2020.01 were collected and randomly divided into three groups,namely the experimental group,the study group and the control group,with 20 cases each.Patients in the control group were treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,20mg/time,once daily,orally after breakfast,And give 5% glucose water 250 ml intravenous drip,1 time/d,treatment observation for 14 days.Patients in the experimental group were given intravenous infusion of 5%glucose water 250 ml + acetglutamine 0.75 g once a day,and at the same time oral paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,once a day,orally after breakfast,20 mg once for a total of 14 days.Patients in the study group were given intravenous infusion of 250 ml of 5% glucose water + 0.75 g of acetylglutamine,once a day,for a total of 14 days.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)was used to assess the patient’s condition before the start of treatment and at the end of the 7th and 14 th days.At the same time,5ml of venous blood from patients with anxiety disorders before treatment and after 8 hours of fasting in the morning after 14 days of treatment were collected for norepinephrine(NE),serotonin(5-HT)and dopamine(DA)Quantitative detection.Results: 1.Before treatment and after 7 days of treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMA score between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the difference in HAMA score between the control group and the experimental group was statistically significant.Meaning(P=0.02).Before treatment and after 7 days of treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMA score between the control group and the study group(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the difference in HAMA score between the control group and the study group was statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.The overall effective rate of patients in the experimental group after treatment is 95.00%,which is statistically significant(P=0.008)compared with 55.00% in the control group.The overall effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.00%,which was medically statistically significant compared with the control group(P=0.031).3.Before treatment,the NE,5-HT,and DA levels of the experimental group and the control group were not statistically different(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the NE,5-HT,and DA concentrations of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced.Statistically significant(P <0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NE,5-HT,and DA levels between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the NE,5-HT,and DA concentrations of the two groups were significantly decreased.The difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The compliance of patients in the experimental group was 95.00%,which was better than that of the control group by65.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).The compliance of patients in the study group was 85.00%,and compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.273).5.There was no significant difference in the adverse drug reaction rate of the three groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion: Compared with paroxetine,acetylglutamine can improve the onset speed of treatment,has less adverse reactions,and has high compliance in the early application value of the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.It can fundamentally alleviate the anxiety and tension of patients,and it is worthy of clinical practice.
