Study On The Correlation Between WuYun LiuQi And Clinical Medication Based On The Medical Records In Qing Palace

Objective: Based on the Medical Records in Qing Palace,to discuss the Wu Yun and four properties,five tastes,meridian distribution(the twelve channels,six channels),drug types,Liu Qi and four properties,five tastes,meridian distribution(the twelve channels,six channels),drug types,Da Si Tian and four properties,five tastes,meridian distribution(the twelve channels,six channels),drug types.Methods: According to the theory of WuYun LiuQi,the medical record data in Qing Palace Medical Records were divided into Wu Yun,Liu Qi and Da Si Tian,and analyzed by statistical chi-square test and descriptive statistics.Results: Relationship between clinical medication and Tian Gan: Cold nature medicine were used more in Wu year、Ren year、Gui year、Yi year、Ding year,but less in Ji year、Xin year、Jia year、Bing year、Geng year.Cool nature medicine were used more in Wu year、Ren year、Ding year,but less in Gui year、Yi year、Bing year、Ji year、Jia year、Geng year、Xin year.Warm nature medicine were used more in Wu year、Ren year、Ding year,but less in Yi year、Gui year、Bing year、Ji year、Geng year、Jia year、Xin year.Hot nature medicine were used more in Geng year、Ren year、Wu year,but less in Ding year、Bing year、Yi year、Jia year、Gui year、Ji year、Xin year.Sour-taste herbs were used more in Wu year、Ren year、Ding year,but less in Ji year、Yi year、Gui year、Bing year、Jia year、Xin year、Geng between the viscera and the five elements of the Wu Yun;The gasification characteristics of the Six Classics are related to the Wu Yun.The cold and heat properties of four properties and Liu Qi are related.The five tastes are related to the gasification characteristics of six gases.The twelve channels are related to the relationship between the five elements of viscera and Liu Qi;The six channels are related to the gasification characteristics of Liu Qi.Four properties is related to the cold and heat properties of Da Si Tian.Five tastes are related to the gasification characteristics Tian.Different Wuyun,Liuqi and Da Si Tian affect the frequency of application of four properties,five tastes and meridian distribution(twelve channels and six channels),but do not affect the proportion in each period.There is a larger cycle above the Great Si Tian which affects the proportion of four properties,five tastes and the meridian distribution(twelve channels and six channels),and this larger cycle is greater than 218 years.
