| Objective: Based on the holographic theory, this study analyzed and discussed the effect of acupoint massage on pain, sleep and quality of life of patients with mild to moderate cancer pain through acupoint massage for patients with mild to moderate cancer pain,in order to provide valuable intervention measures for patients with cancer pain and provide appropriate TCM nursing techniques for adjuvant treatment of cancer pain. Methods: Randomized controlled trial was used.Patients with mild and moderate cancer pain admitted to the oncology department of a Grade A hospital in Lanzhou,Gansu Province from January 2020 to October 2020 were divided into two groups(control group and experimental group)according to inclusion and exclusion criteria and computer-generated random numbers, among which 48 cases were admitted to the control group and 48 cases were admitted to the experimental group. The control group received routine cancer pain nursing(including pain nursing, medication nursing, diet nursing and psychological nursing);the experimental group received holographic acupoint massage(including the second metacarpal side and ear)on the basis of the control group, once a day for 20 minutes,a total of 10 days of intervention. Before and after the intervention, the pain assessment scale, physical condition scale, quality of life scale, sleep quality scale and pain score(evaluated every 24 hours)were evaluated to match the effects of different intervention methods on mild and moderate cancer pain.Excel was used to sort out the data, and spss24.0 was used to analyze the data,so as to make an objective evaluation of the research.Results:1.Comparison of baseline data between the two groups: before the intervention, there was no significant difference in gender, age, education level, occupation, marital status, medical expense category, original disease distribution, course of disease, pain location, pain degree and other baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of NRS score and pain relief rate between the two groups: the NRS score of the two groups showed a downward trend in the first five days of intervention.T test showed that there was no significant difference in the NRS score of the two groups in the first five days(P>0.05),but the NRS score of the two groups decreased from the sixth day to the tenth day,and there was statistical difference before and after intervention(P<0.05),indicating that the acupoint massage group could significantly reduce the degree of cancer pain. The total effective rate was 78% in the experimental group and 57% in the control group. The rank sum test showed that the acupoint massage group was better than the control group in relieving cancer pain(P<0.05).3.Pain impact score of the two groups: before the intervention, the BPI score of the two groups was comparable at the baseline level(P>0.05);after the intervention, the BPI score of the two groups was compared within the group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the BPI score of the experimental group was much lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).It shows that acupoint massage can reduce the adverse effects of pain on patients.4.Two groups of patients with physical condition score: before the intervention, the two groups of patients with KPS score at the baseline level was comparable(P>0.05);after the intervention, the two groups of patients with KPS score were compared within the group, the two groups can improve the patient’s KPS score, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the comparison between the groups after the intervention showed that the experimental group KPS score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).It shows that the acupoint massage group can improve the physical condition of patients.5.Sleep quality score of the two groups: before the intervention, the AIS score of the two groups was comparable at the baseline level(P>0.05);after the intervention, the AIS score of the two groups was compared within the group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the AIS score of the experimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).It shows that the acupoint massage group is preferable to the control group in improving sleep.6.QOL score of the two groups: before the intervention,QOL score of the two groups was comparable at the baseline level(P>0.05): after the intervention,QOL score of the two groups was compared within the group, and it was concluded that QOL score of the two groups could be improved compared with that before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),It shows that the acupoint massage group can better improve the quality of life of patients. Conclusions: 1.At the same time,it can significantly reduce the degree of pain, reduce the impact of pain on life, and significantly improve the negative impact of pain on life;2.Holographic acupoint massage as an adjuvant treatment can improve the sleep quality of patients with mild to moderate cancer pain, and improve the sleep quality during hospitalization;3.Holographic acupoint massage can improve the functional state of patients with mild to moderate cancer pain, and improve the sleep quality of life.It highlights the characteristics and advantages of TCM External Treatment in the prevention and treatment of cancer pain, and provides a theoretical and practical basis for TCM nursing in the prevention and treatment of cancer pain.As a non-invasive,easy to operate, humanistic care strong external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine,it has clinical promotion
