Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Holographic Acupoint Combined With Dynamic Method In Treating Shoulder Coagulation

Objective:By analyzing the difference between the clinical therapeutic effect of holographic acupoints combined with movement method in the treatment of chronic frozen shoulder and the clinical therapeutic effect of conventional acupuncture in the treatment of chronic frozen shoulder,we can open up more treatment ideas for clinical treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods:In this project,we admitted 60 patients with shoulder coagulation according to the criteria for the diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion of shoulder coagulation.By using a random number table method,60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,each group of patients is 30 cases.The patients of treatment group were treated with pinpricking conventional acupoints on the affected limbs and holographic shoulder points of the hand.The patients were asked to actively and passively move the affected shoulder while keeping the needle in the hand.Patients in the control group were treated with pinpricking conventional acupuncture on the affected limb.Patients in both groups were irradiated with a far-infrared treatment device(TDP)during acupuncture,and the needles were retained for 30 minutes.During the acupuncture period,the doctor twisted the needles every10 minutes.The patient needs to be treated once a day,6 days a week,for a total of 4 weeks.We separately counted the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Constant-Murley shoulder function score of these patients before and after treatment.We used the values before and after treatment of the two groups of patients as the evaluation indicators for the two groups,and analyzed the clinical effective rate of each group,and proved the difference between the two treatment methods through statistical analysis.Results:1.Compared with before treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased,and the CMS scores and total scores increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparing the two groups after treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the CMS scores and total scores were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The combination of holographic acupuncture point combination method and conventional acupuncture can alleviate the patients’ pain,increase the range of movement of the affected side of the shoulder joint,and improve the abnormal function of the shoulder joint;2.Holographic acupuncture combined with movement therapy is superior to conventional acupuncture in terms of reducing the patient’s pain degree and shoulder joint mobility,and has a higher clinical application value.
