Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation By White Tiger Shaking Head Acupuncture

Objective:Observe and compare the shaking head stitching of Zheng Baihu between traditional basic acupuncture method and conventional acupuncture method in the treatment of blood type lumbar disc herniation,evidence of clinical treatment.blood stasis type with white tiger shaking head acupuncture method.Methods:Eighty patients with blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation were selected according to the clinical study.According to the order of treatment,they were numbered 1-80.The patients numbered with odd numbers were assigned to the White Tiger Shaking Acupuncture Group(treatment group),40 cases,and the patients numbered with even numbers were assigned to the lifting and reducing method group(control group),40 cases.The odd number was assigned to the white tiger shaking head acupuncture group(40 cases),and the even number was assigned to the lifting and reducing method group(40 cases).The selection of acupoints in the two groups was consistent.The main acupoints were Yaogjiaji(corresponding lesion segments),Shenshu,Dachangshu(both sides),Huantiao,Weizhong and Yanglingquan(both sides),and Geshu acupoints(both sides).In the treatment group,the white tiger head shaking needle method developed and innovated by Professor Zheng Kuishan was used,while in the control group,the single reinforcing and reducing technique was used in the lifting and reducing method.According to the study protocol,two groups of patients were treated with acupuncture,the time of needle retention was 30min.Acupuncture was performed for 14 times in total,7 times as a course of treatment,with 2 days’rest between two courses.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),modified lumbar spine JOA Score(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores)and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score Scale(TCMSSS)and Fear of Lumbago-Avoidance Belief Questionnaire(FABQ)were observed and compared for all patients before starting treatment and after 2 courses of treatment,and the 3 scales were analyzed.Finally,the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:1.General information:before treatment,the gender,age and course of disease data of the white tiger head shaking acupuncture group and the lifting and reducing method group,the comparative analysis was statistically significant,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05),but it was comparable 2 Observation indexes of curative effect:VAS score,JOA score and TCM syndrome evaluation of the two groups were summarized,analyzed and described as follows:(1)Visual analog scale(VAS)score comparison:intra-group comparison before and after treatment,the two groups of students rated have declined to some extent,has significant difference within the group(both groups(P<0.05),it is suggested that the two kinds of acupuncture can reduce the VAS score,the comparison between groups,a white tiger head acupuncture group VAS score compared to mention inserted catharsis score lower degree is more obvious,with significant difference(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of modified lumbar JOA scores:intra-group comparison before and after treatment,the two groups were increased to a certain extent,with significant differences within groups(P<0.05for both groups),it is suggested that both acupuncture methods can improve the JOA score of patients.Intergroup comparison showed that the JOA scores of the white tiger shaking head acupuncture group improved more significantly than that of the lifting and reducing method group,with significant differences(P<0.05).(3)Syndromes rating scale(TCMSSS):line within the group to compare two groups before and after the treatment results were to some extent,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),it is suggested that the two kinds of acupuncture can reduce the TCMSSS score.White white tiger head acupuncture group TCMSSS score compared to mention inserted catharsis score lower degree is more obvious,with significant difference(P<0.05).(4)The lumbago fear a escape belief questionnaire(FABQ):line within the group to compare two groups before and after the treatment results were to some extent,has significant difference within the group,both groups(P<0.05),it is suggested that the two kinds of acupuncture can reduce the FABQ score.The comparison between groups,white white tiger head acupuncture group FABQ score compared to mention inserted catharsis score lower degree is more obvious,with significant difference(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of the severity of lumbar limitation:Before treatment,the severity of lumbar limitation was compared between the two groups according to the JOA score(P>0.05),which showed no statistical difference and was comparable.After treatment,according to the JOA score,the severity of lumbar limitation was compared between the two groups.The improvement of the severity of lumbar limitation in the white tiger shaking head group was better than that in the lifting and reducing method group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).3.Total efficiency rate:the total efficiency rate of the white tiger-headed group was 94.7%,which was higher than that of the boiling head group and the decrease in the workforce(78.4%),and the difference of efficacy was significant(χ~2=4.341,P=0.037,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with the method of lifting,inserting and reducing,the method of white tiger shaking its head improved the VAS score,TCMSSS score,JOA score and FABQ score more obviously in the patients with blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation.2.White tiger head shaking needle method,lifting and reducing method comparison,white tiger head shaking needle method can significantly improve the clinical effect of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation patients,for this type of patients,play a good role in patenting blood vessels,dissipate stasis,relieve pain,for the treatment of the disease to provide a more effective method.
