With the deepening of China’s reform, economic development and people’s quality of life have been continuously improved, and people’s demand for public service facilities is gradually increasing.Whether public service facilities can adapt to the level of social and economic development is one of the key factors to measure the harmonious development of society. The reasonable layout of medical facilities can shorten people’s travel time, reduce urban traffic pressure and avoid the waste of medical resources. However, the current situation of medical resources layout is not very optimistic, and the problem of residents’ difficulty in seeing a doctor still exists. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current situation of medical facilities layout in the main urban area of Xi’an by combing the research results of medical facilities accessibility at home and abroad, and measures the accessibility of medical facilities in the main urban area of Xi’an by using the two-step mobile search method, and then analyzes the relationship between the accessibility of medical facilities and people The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The distribution of medical facilities in the main urban area of Xi’an is unbalanced. In the periphery of the main urban area, county and community level medical facilities are mainly distributed, while in the central urban area, there are a large number of community, county and city level medical facilities. The distribution of medical facilities in the main urban area of Xi’an city shows the characteristics of centralized distribution. The new urban area,Beilin District,Lianhu District and the district with rich medical resources have high density of medical facilities, followed by Yanta District and Weiyang District, and Baqiao district has the lowest density of medical facilities.(2)There are significant differences in accessibility of medical facilities at different levels. The spatial distribution of accessibility of community-level medical facilities is relatively balanced, and the overall performance of accessibility of each district is consistent, only the high value area of accessibility appears in the junction of urban and rural areas;the spatial distribution of accessibility of county-level medical facilities is unbalanced, and the spatial difference is prominent, with the lowest accessibility value in the northwest and southwest, and the high value area of accessibility is in the old urban area and the edge zone of the city The spatial distribution of facility accessibility is unbalanced, and the spatial difference is obvious, showing the law of circle layer decreasing.(3)There are significant differences between the accessibility of medical facilities at different levels and the results of population matching. In the community level medical facilities, the incomplete matching area accounts for about 10%,and the complete mismatch area accounts for about 90%.The completely mismatched areas are Xincheng District,Beilin District and Lianhu District, the incompletely matched areas are the northeast of Baqiao District, and there is no completely matched area;the completely mismatched areas of county and district level medical facilities account for about 10.5%,the completely matched areas account for about 45.5%,and the incompletely matched areas account for about 44%.The completely mismatched area is the main part of the central area of the urban area, and the partially mismatched area is the edge area of the main urban area and the central and sub central areas of the main urban area, and the rest are the fully matched areas;in the municipal medical facilities, the completely mismatched area accounts for about 12%,the fully matched area accounts for about 38%,and the partially mismatched area accounts for about 46%.The completely mismatched area is part of the sub central area of the main urban area, the partially mismatched area is part of the central and sub central area of the main urban area, and the rest are fully matched areas.(4)Economy,population,transportation and scale of medical facilities are the main factors affecting the accessibility of medical facilities in Western China. The accessibility of medical facilities is mainly affected by economic factors, social factors and policy factors.
