| Objective: By observing the effects of the combination of acupuncture and medicine on the visual acuity, visual field indicators and the thickness of the optic nerve fiber layer in patients with non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, the clinical efficacy of the disease can be evaluated. It provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application and research of acupuncture combined treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods: The 88 NAION patients(170 eyes)were randomly divided into three groups,56 eyes in the compound anisodine injection group,58 eyes in the acupuncture + compound anisodine injection group, and acupuncture + anisodine hydrobromide tablets group 56 eyes cases. The treatment plan for the injection group is: give compound anisodine injection treatment, take 2ml of the drug and inject it subcutaneously next to the superficial temporal artery of the affected eye, once a day;the treatment plan for the acupuncture + injection group is: based on the injection group Ascending acupuncture treatment;the treatment plan of the tablet + acupuncture group is: acupuncture is the same as before, and the medicine is taken orally 1 mg anisodine hydrobromide tablets twice a day.The course of treatment is 2 weeks.Record and compare the data before and after treatment of the two groups of patients: visual acuity, intraocular pressure, visual field(MD,VFI),optic nerve fiber layer(RNFL)thickness, disease efficacy, and safety indicators, and perform statistical analysis. Results: 1.Before treatment, the differences in gender, age, course of disease, visual acuity, visual field index, average visual field defect, and optic nerve fiber layer thickness were not statistically significant, and they were all comparable(P>0.05).2.Visual acuity: Compared with before treatment, the eyesight of the three groups of patients improved after treatment;but the compound anisodine injection group, acupuncture +compound anisodine injection group were more significant.3.MD: Compared with before treatment, the MD values of the 3 groups of eyes were significantly decreased after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the acupuncture + anisodine hydrobromide tablets group was better than acupuncture + The compound anisodine injection group had a more significant effect on improving MD(P<0.05).The remaining groups are relatively meaningless.4.VFI: Compared with before treatment, the visual field index of the three groups was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05);and the visual field index of the acupuncture+ compound anisodine injection group was higher than that of the simple compound anisodine injection group The degree of improvement is more significant(P<0.05).The remaining groups are relatively meaningless.5.RNFL: Compared with before treatment, the RNFL thickness of the three groups of patients increased after treatment(P<0.05);but the comparison between the three groups was meaningless(p=0.417>0.05).6.Evaluation of disease efficacy: After treatment, the total effective rates of acupuncture+ compound anisodine injection group, compound anisodine injection group, and acupuncture+ anisodine hydrobromide tablets group were 71.43%,65.52 %,68.97%;7.Safety: After treatment, the intraocular pressure, blood pressure, heart rate, liver and renal function of the 3 groups of patients were all within the normal range, and there was no obvious abnormality, and there were no obvious adverse reactions in the 3 groups. Conclusions: 1The treatment methods of the group can improve the visual function of non-acute NAION patients and improve the curative effect.2.Acupuncture + compound anisodine injection is more helpful to improve the VFI of non-acute NAION patients than simply using compound anisodine injection.3.Acupuncture + compound anisodine injection group is more helpful to improve the MD of non-acute NAION patients than the acupuncture + anisodine hydrobromide tablets. |
