| Objective:By analyzing the correlation between peripheral blood Tumor Necrosis Factor α(TNF-α)and inflammatory indicators such as routine blood analysis conducted in the laboratory and the pathological stage and molecular typing of breast cancer,we provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:(1)Serum specimens from patients admitted to the Breast Department of 3A Grade Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were collected and stored in the refrigerator at-80 ℃.According to the postoperative pathological diagnosis report of breast cancer,147 patients with breast cancer were selected as the observation group.75 patients with benign breast disease were collected as the benign breast disease group and 75 serum specimens from healthy women were collected as the healthy control group. The serum specimens were detected for TNF-α by ELISA method, and the blood routine analysis of all subjects was measured on the day they came to hospital.(2)SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical data processing to compare the TNF-α and blood routine indexes of the three groups, including systemic immune-inflammation index(SII),platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR),and to analyze the correlation between blood routine indexes and TNF-α and the correlation between each index and breast cancer pathology. The correlation between routine blood indicators and TNF-α,and the correlation between each indicator and the pathological stage of breast cancer, molecular typing and other related factors were also analyzed.Results:(1)The expression of SII,PLR,and TNF-α is higher in the breast cancer group than in the benign breast disease group and the healthy physical examination group, the expression of LMR is lower in the breast cancer group than in the benign breast disease group and the healthy physical examination group, and the expression of SII and TNF-α is higher in the benign breast disease group than in the healthy physical examination group, with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).(2)Correlation analysis of serum SII,LMR,PLR and TNF-α,respectively,showed that TNF-α was positively correlated with SII(r=0.237,p=0.004)and PLR(r=0.194,p=0.019),and TNF-α was not correlated with LMR(r=-0.106,p=0.202).(3)PLR,SII,and TNF-α in different clinical stages with statistically significant differences in expression(p<0.05),SII and TNF-α in the lymph node metastasis group had higher expression levels than in the lymph node non-metastasis group with statistically significant differences(p<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in the number of TNF-α in lymph node metastasis(p<0.05),SII and TNF-α in the molecular typing were statistically different(p<0.05).Conclusions:Peripheral blood SII,PLR and TNF-α level are increased and LMR levels are decreased in breast cancer patients.SII and PLR were positively correlated with TNF-α in breast cancer patients. There are differences in expression in different pathological stages and different molecular typing of breast cancer. |
