Objective Through the data from NLR,PCT,D-dimer and lactic acid levels in patients with adhesive small bowel obstruction, analyze their correlation with the occurrence of intestinal ischemia, and provide a certain basis to help determine the timing of surgery.Method ASBO patients admitted to the ED were divided into non-ischemic group and ischemic group according to whether intestinal ischemia was involved. The ischemia group was then divided into reversible ischemia group and irreversible ischemia group according to their intestinal conditions during the operation. For each patient, collect the general medical history data, blood NLR,PCT,D-dimer and lactic acid on the first admission and before the operation, and conduct statistical analysis.Result 1.Lactic acid and PCT in the ischemic group were remarkably higher than those in the non-ischemic group(P<0.05),while NLR and D-dimer were not statistically different.2.After taking a closer look on the subgroups of the nonischemic group and the ischemic group,it was found that PCT increased significantly when reversible ischemia occurred in the bowel(P<0.05).Lactic acid did not increase significantly during reversible intestinal ischemia(P>0.05),but it increased significantly during irreversible ischemia(P<0.05).NLR and D-dimer showed an upward trend in all three groups, but no difference was found among the three groups. Conclusion 1.PCT is related to the occurrence of intestinal ischemia in ASBO,and it also has a certain predictive value for reversible ischemia, which can provide a certain reference value for grasping the timing of early surgery.2.Lactic acid is related to the occurrence of intestinal ischemia in ASBO,but has no predictive value for reversible ischemia, and can be used as a biomarker of late ischemia.3.NLR and D-dimer have no predictive value for intestinal ischemia in ASBO.
