Study On The Accessibility Of Basic Medical And Health Services In Rural And Pastoral Areas Of Ordos

Basic public services cover all areas of people’s livelihood.Improving the accessibility of basic public services is an important part of building a service-oriented government and government governance.Basic medical and health services are the first line of defense to protect people’s life safety and health.The accessibility of basic medical and health services directly affects people’s overall satisfaction with the supply of basic public services.In recent years,the public health service system in Ordos City has been gradually improved,and the benefit area has been gradually expanded.However,there are still many problems in the basic medical and health services in rural and pastoral areas.On the basis of combing the literature at home and abroad,this paper defines the concept and connotation of accessibility,basic medical and health services,and basic medical and health services accessibility.Some of them draw lessons from the evaluation framework and indicators of health services accessibility at home and abroad,and form the evaluation indicators of basic medical and health services accessibility in rural and pastoral areas of Ordos City Through the analysis of statistical data and other methods,the status quo and accessibility of basic medical and health services in local rural and pastoral areas were understood in detail,and the causes were further explored.The study found that the basic medical and health services in rural and pastoral areas of Ordos City are facing the problems of lack of geographical accessibility,lack of application accessibility and service accessibility,as well as the gap between urban and rural areas in economic accessibility.The main reasons are the unbalanced distribution of Gacha village clinics,insufficient supply of medical resources,poor management of medical and health personnel,and small government financial support.In this regard,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the accessibility of basic medical and health services in rural and pastoral areas of Ordos City.To improve the accessibility of services,it is necessary to strengthen the training,introduction,exchange and cooperation of grass-roots medical and health personnel,improve the welfare and economic accessibility,and increase the supply of grass-roots medical and health resources,And improve the basic medical insurance system as the core of the medical security system.
