| In the context of deepening the policy impact of the new health care reform and the overall optimization of the staff performance management system in public hospitals,private hospitals are anxious both inside and outside.The competition in the medical industry is becoming more and more intense,and the performance management of employees is becoming more and more important.Therefore,private hospitals should comply with the development of the times,face up to the flexibility of independent management,and fully understand the content of employee performance management.Only by correctly grasping the development opportunity,can private hospitals achieve better,faster and stronger development in the new form of medical reform.R private hospital is a secondary comprehensive private hospital integrating prevention,treatment,health care and health training.The problems are similar to most private hospitals:high turnover rate of employees,difficult to guarantee work efficiency,lack of loyalty of employees to satisfaction,lack of understanding of performance management and so on.These problems lead to stagnation and even regression of hospital development.How to improve the performance management system of R private hospital,and further solve a series of thorny problems,such as the performance is not comprehensive,the evaluation is too single,the performance evaluation can not achieve the expected effect and so on.The key for R private hospital is to break through the siege and obtain competitive advantage.Taking R private hospital as the case study object,through the analysis of the hospital’s operation situation and the actual performance of the staff.Four problems are as follows: The Outstanding Performance Management Plan,the sudden departure of talents due to ineffective communication,the employees’ negative attitude due to the lack of incentive performance pay,and the road of promotion of the first-line technical staff is very rough.Combined with the concept and analysis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions should be put on.Through this case study,I hope to help r private hospital more comprehensive understanding of employee performance management.On the basis of effectively retaining and managing people,we should enhance our own competitiveness,so as to create more benefits. |
