The reform of large public medical institutions in China has achieved initial success,but the private medical institutions system is not complete,which seriously affects the progress of the reform of national medical institutions.Improving internal management,implementing scientific performance management,strengthening the importance of assessment and evaluation,and linking the assessment results with the salary,promotion and rating of employees,establishing a reasonable and scientific performance evaluation system has become an important path to solve the current difficulties,effectively mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of medical staff,and promote the balanced and sustainable development of private hospitals.Based on the theory of performance management and balanced scorecard,this study focuses on the analysis of the application of balanced scorecard in the performance management of private hospitals.Taking Y private hospital in Urumqi as an example,the application effect of balanced scorecard in Y private hospital is introduced in detail from level,department and personnel.First of all,through combing the literature,lay the theoretical foundation of Y hospital performance management research;Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and problems of performance management in Y hospital,and expounds the necessity of the application of balanced scorecard in Y private hospital.Thirdly,taking Y private hospital in Urumqi city of Xinjiang as an example,based on the idea of balanced scorecard,a set of performance evaluation scheme of private hospital was established from three levels of hospital level,department and personnel,five dimensions of finance,internal operation,learning and growth,customer and department management,and the comprehensive evaluation effect of Y hospital performance management was analyzed by fuzzy evaluation method.Finally,the study found that no matter from the overall level of the hospital,or the department and personnel level,the introduction of the balanced scorecard made Y hospital form a relatively perfect performance management system,and the overall performance evaluation was good,indicating & ldquo;New medical reform & rdquo;The implementation of the policy has greatly promoted the performance reform of Y hospital,and the application of the balanced scorecard in the performance management of other hospitals has good applicability.The performance reform of the same is applicable to the application of the balanced scorecard to the performance management of private hospitals.Finally,based on the research conclusions,this article puts forward the following recommendations on the use of balanced scorecards in private hospitals:(1)clarify the strategic goals and vision of the hospital,design and use BSC according to the hospital’s own situation;(2)ensure that the leadership attaches great importance and clear Main body of performance management;(3)Full participation,enhance awareness of balanced scorecard,establish effective communication mechanism;(4)Reasonably formulate assessment goals and standards;(5)Provide professional technical support and counseling in time to improve the hospital Information system;(6)Stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to participate;(7)Gradually promote the application of performance results.
