| Under the influence of COVID-19,people’s travel and contact are restricted,and the traditional face-to-face physical training is restricted.Therefore,it is urgent to study the homebased training program.At present,it is difficult for trainers to obtain accurate training data in time and provide effective training guidance for patients in home training.Therefore,how to solve the remote collection and transmission of home training data has become the key to the promotion of home-based training.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes a remote-upper limb motion training assistant system based on FPGA.The system can realize the remote acquisition of upper limb training data and store the data in the cloud database.Using the upper limb mechanical arm to display the patients’ standard upper limb movements remotely;The similarity analysis is carried out on the upper limb training movements,and the analysis results are displayed on the front page.In order to realize the above functions,the main work of the paper is as follows:(1)The hardware control system of upper limb training data acquisition and standard movement display is designed.Combined with the mechanical structure,the Angle of each joint of the upper limb can be detected.FPGA was used to complete the high speed acquisition of upper limb motion sequence,which solved the problem of difficult detection of upper limb joint motion sequence.The classical PID control algorithm is used to control the mechanical structure and realize the function of standard action display.(2)The system server based on Spring Boot framework is developed with Java language,which realizes the function of remote collection and visual display of upper limb training data.At the same time,My SQL database is used to complete the classification and storage of training data.HTML and CSS are used to design the operation interface,training data and upper body training data statistics display page of the cloud server.(3)The DTW algorithm was used to complete the similarity analysis of the training actions.The DTW algorithm is used to calculate the upper limb training sequence and the standard movement sequence,and the similarity analysis is completed.The results can assist the instructor to conduct the similarity analysis of the training movements.The system test results show that the system can realize stable remote upper limb training data collection and standard movement display functions,and can complete the similarity analysis of upper limb training movement and standard movement.The system can assist in home upper limb training and has the potential to become an effective and low-cost home training assistance system. |
