Analysis Of Ma Fengqin’s Experience In Treating Ulcerative Colitis Based On The Computing Platform Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance

Objective : This study is based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform,using data mining methods to retrospectively study the medication experience of Professor Ma Fengqin in treating ulcerative colitis,inherit his academic thoughts,and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Collect the medical record data of patients with ulcerative colitis diagnosed and treated at Ma Fengqin’s outpatient department of the famous doctor studio of Baoding No.1 Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to December 2020,The medical record data was preprocessed and entered Create a database on the EXCEL table and upload it to the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform for analysis.Based on the analysis results,the academic characteristics and medication experience of Professor Ma Fengqin in the treatment of ulcerative colitis are summarized.Results:1.Gender and age statistics: The disease can be affected by both men and women,a total of 155 people,89(57.42%)male patients and 66 female patients(42.58%).The age of the disease was mainly 33-52 years old.2.The statistical results of the frequency of symptoms: A total of 68 types of symptoms occur,and the top 8 are diarrhea,abdominal pain,pus and blood in the stool,abdominal distension,abdomen chills,fart,anal drop,and abdominal drop.Symptoms are concentrated in three areas: abdominal discomfort,abnormal stool,and abnormal anal paresthesia.3.TCM performance statistics: 401 prescriptions,a total of 150 kinds of medicinal flavors,and a total frequency of 7234 times of medicinal flavors.According to the statistics of the four qi,the first is the cold medicine(1941 times),followed by the warm medicine(1751 times),and the flat medicine(1646 times).According to the statistics of five flavors,bitter drugs(3558 times)are the most,followed by sweet drugs(2166 times)and pungent drugs(2064 times).According to the statistical results of the meridian,the drugs classified into the spleen and stomach meridians are the most.4.Statistical results of the efficacy and frequency of traditional Chinese medicines:Among the various types of drugs,the total frequency of clearing away heat drugs(1380times),the total frequency of tonic drugs(1195 times),and the total frequency of hemostatic drugs(1128 times),the cumulative use frequency of these three types of drugs is higher.The medicine for diuresis and dampness(724 times),the medicine for promoting blood circulation(613 times),and the medicine for regulating qi(602 times)followed.The top 20 of the cumulative frequency of Chinese medicine use are Coptidis,Bran-fried Atractylodes,Poria,Panax notoginseng,Baiji,Portulaca,Atractylodes,Bran-fried Coix Seed,Wulingzhi,Paojiang,Myrrh,Rhubarb,and Roasted Licorice,Muxiang,Sophora flavescens,Myrobalan,Magnolia officinalis,Platycodon grandiflorum,Pomegranate peel.5.Through the association rules of the platform,set the relevant parameters,and according to the core combination association table,the core combination frequency table,and the core drug relationship topological map,we can get the drug pair array commonly used by Professor Ma Fengqin to treat this disease,the drug pairs such as Panax notoginseng,Baiji,bran-fried Baizhu,bran Stir-fried Coix Seed,Stir-fried Atractylodes,Atractylodes Rhizome,Pomegranate Peel,Myrobalan,etc.The medicinal array has the elementary array(notoginseng,Baihe,Wulingzhi),and the supplement array(the bran-fried atractylodes macrocephala,bran-fried coix seed,tuckahoe).Conclusion : Based on the data mining results of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform,Professor Ma Fengqin’s understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment of this disease is obtained.Professor Ma believes that spleen deficiency,dampness,heat and blood stasis is the core pathogenesis of the disease,and the spleen is invigorated to clear away heat and dampness,and promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Muscle growth is the treatment method.In treatment,it is necessary to pursue flexibility and individuality on the basis of the general outline and general law,focus on the patient itself,and tailor the treatment according to the individual.In the treatment,it is urgent to treat the symptoms,while hemostasis,attention is paid to promoting blood circulation,nourishing blood and promoting qi,and flexibly applying drug pairs and arrays.In addition,Director Ma pays attention to the four-diagnosis consultation during the clinic,and pays attention to the dual care of the patient’s psychological diet.This research provides new ideas for TCM treatment of this disease and disseminates the academic experience of famous and old TCM doctors.
