Objective: To explore the effect and clinical significance of simuhaneous amplicaton and testing(Simuhaneous Amplicaton and Testing,hereinafter referred to as SAT)in the detection of ureaplasma urealyticum(Ureaplasma Urealyticum,hereinafter referred to as Uu)RNA in urine samples of three different types of abortion.Methods: The patients who visited the Fifth Affiliated(Zhuhai)Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from November 2019 to December 2020 due to early abortion were selected as the observation objects of this study.They were divided into group A(induced abortion group)and group B(threatened abortion group))And group C(missed abortion group),90 cases were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,30 cases in group A,group B,and group C,each with a urine sample and a cervical swab specimen:use SAT Technology detects Uu-RNA in urine specimens,and uses liquid culture method to detect Uu in cervical swab specimens.All obtained specimens are sampled and submitted for inspection within the same day.Uu positive rate is used as an observation indicator,and SPSS25.0 software is used to calculate data analysis.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,menopause days,pregnancy times,parturitionn and other general clinical data among the three groups(P > 0.05).2.In the Uu liquid culture method and Uu-SAT method,comparing the positive rate of Uu between group A and group B,group A and group C,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);comparing the positive rate of Uu between group B and C,the difference was No statistical significance(P>0.05).3.In 90 patients,the positive rate of Uu liquid culture method was 48.9%,and the positive rate of Uu-SAT method was 46.7%.The difference was not statistically significant(P=0.625>0.05).The coincidence rate of the two detection methods was 95.60%,and the Kappa value It is 0.91,which indicates that the test results of the two methods are extremely consistent.4.When using two methods to detect Uu in 90 cases of early pregnancy miscarriage,4cases had inconsistent results.Among them,1 case was negative by liquid culture method and positive by SAT method,and 3 cases were positive by liquid culture method and negative by SAT method.Taking the liquid culture method as the reference method,the sensitivity of the SAT method is 93.18%,the specificity is 97.83%,the positive predictive value is 97.62%,the negative predictive value is 93.75%,and the Youden index is 91.01%.The ROC curve results show that the AUC of the SAT method is 0.955.Conclusion:1.The Uu-SAT method using urine as the specimen can avoid the danger of swab sampling during pregnancy,reduce the embarrassment and pain of swab sampling,improve patient compliance,reduce the workload of doctors,and simplify the collection process.It is very useful in clinical work.The great application value is worthy of laboratory promotion.2.Uu infection is related to miscarriage,and the Uu infection rate of normal pregnant women is also relatively high,which provides a basis for whether Uu inspection can be used as a pre-pregnancy,prenatal or abortion inspection item.
