The Effect And The Treatment Of Ureaplasma Urealyticum On Women With Infertility And Adverse Pregnancy Outcome

Object: 1,To study the effect of ureaplasma urealyticum on women with infertility, spontaneous abortion and suspending embryo growth。2,To study the relationship between ureaplasma urealyticum and vaginal secretion。3,During the treatment of ureaplasma urealyticum , nowadays , it is a very common phenomenon of overuse of antibiotic,we will research into the new method in treating with ureaplasma urealyticum on women。4,During the new method of treatment process,we will find the best course of treatment。Methods: In this article, we retrospected and followed up 447 cases of the patients who visit the reproductive center of First Hospital of Jilin university from July in 2008 to January in 2010,who underwent infertility, spontaneous abortion and suspending embryo growth,and also including the normal physical examinations,The Age of them is between 18 and 46, and the average is 31 years old。Test the ureaplasma urealyticum infection in above people,in the mean while,choose 130 women also tested the vaginal secretion。According to the result ,choose 113 women whose result are positive ,use the traditional chinese and western medicine to treat the Ureaplasma urealyticum。After every course of treatment,test the infection again ,if the result is still positive,treat the patient with the same method again,most to three courses。All data wil be analysised byχ2 test。Results:Among 447 cases ,the women with infertility, spontaneous abortion and suspending embryo growth have higher infection rate of ureaplasma urealyticum than normal physical examinations and the women who had the artificial abortion operation but did not have the adverse effect on pregnancy,the difference has a statistical significance(P<0.05)。the ureaplasma urealyticum infection of normal physical examinations and the women who had the artificial abortion operation but did not have the adverse effect on pregnancy have no difference in statistical analysis(X2=0.10,P>0.05);compare the Ureaplasma urealyticum infection on women of infertility with the women who had spontaneous abortion, have no difference in statistical analysis(P>0.05);compare the ureaplasma urealyticum infection of the women who had spontaneous abortion with the women who had suspending embryo growth, have no difference in statistical analysis(P>0.05);compare the ureaplasma urealyticum infection of the women of infertility with the women who had suspending embryo growth, have no difference in statistical analysis(P> 0.05)。compare the ureaplasma urealyticum infection of the women with normal vaginal secretion and abnormal vaginal secretion(group of bacterial vaginosis,group of mycotic vaginitis,group of trichomonas vaginitis,group of mixed infection),have significant difference in statistical analysis(P<0.05),and the women who have the bacterial vaginosis have highest rate of infection of ureaplasma urealyticum ,compare the ureaplasma urealyticum infection rate on women of bacterial vaginosis with the women of other four group of people, have difference in statistical analysis(P<0.05); compare the ureaplasma urealyticum infection on women of mixed infection with the women of mycotic vaginitis and the group of trichomonas vaginitis,have difference in statistical analysis(P<0.05); compare the ureaplasma urealyticum infection of the women of mycotic vaginitis with the women who had trichomonas vaginitis, have no difference in statistical analysis(P> 0.05)。n treatment ,using the method above have a high rate of becoming negative in infection of ureaplasma urealyticum,it is up to 91.15%。Conclusion:1.Ureaplasma urealyticum on women maybe have some relationship with infertility,Spontaneous abortion and suspending embryo growth。2.Ureaplasma urealyticum on women maybe have some relationship with vaginal secretion, so we can try to treat the ureaplasma urealyticum from regulating the vaginal secretion. 3.The way of treatment above have a high rate of becoming negative of ureaplasma urealyticum and this kind of method will avoid the overuse of antibiotics。...
