Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Yuanli Acupuncture On Primary Facial Spasm Based On Electromyography

Objective:To explore and evaluate the improvement of symptoms of patients with primary facial spasm by using electromyography,and to provide new methods and new ideas for clinical treatment of facial spasm.Method:60 cases were selected from the collected patients,and they were evaluated to see if they met the various standards.If they met,they were included in the group as the treatment object of this experiment,and if they did not meet,they were replaced.Then they were numbered by random number table and divided into two groups,one was the treatment group and the other was the control group.All the data needed to be compared between the two groups were counted,and the data obtained were statistically analyzed.By comparing the results,it was confirmed that there was no difference between the two groups before treatment.Two groups of patients were given symptomatic support treatment,and the treatment group was treated with round needling and acupuncture,once every other day,with one course of treatment every 15 times and two consecutive courses of treatment.The control group was treated with disposable acupuncture needles according to the routine selection of acupoints,and the course of treatment was the same as that of the treatment group.The frequency and intensity of spasm were evaluated before and after treatment,and the median frequency,MF),mean power frequency,MPF)and average amplitude of electromyography(AEMG)of orbicularis oculi muscle were detected and recorded by electromyography,and all the obtained values were analyzed by SPSS17.0.Results:1.After treatment,the spasm intensity,frequency,MF value,MPF value and AEMG value of the two groups were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.After treatment,the evaluation indexes of the two groups of patients were compared,which showed that the effect of the treatment group was more obvious and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.According to the evaluation of curative effect,9 patients in the treatment group were cured,14 were markedly effective,5 were effective,only 1 was ineffective,and the effective rate was 96.7%.In the control group,after two courses of treatment,only 3 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 86.7%.Comparing the effective rates of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Both conventional acupuncture and round acupuncture have effects on primary hemifacial spasm.2.The effect of Yuanli needling on improving EMG changes in primary facial spasm is better than that in conventional acupuncture.
