Clinical Observation Of Huangqi Buqi Dingjing Decoction In Treating Specific Phobia Of Deficiency Of Liver And Gallbiadder Qi

Objective: Through the clinical observation of Huangqi Buqi Dingjing Decoction intervention in patients with specific phobias(liver and gallbladder qi deficiency),the effectiveness of Huangqi Buqi Dingjing Decoction in treating specific phobias(liver and gallbladder qi deficiency)is preliminarily evaluated.Methods: The experiment adopts the research method before and after self-treatment.According to the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Mental Disorders"(2020 Edition)and the diagnostic criteria of "phobia" in the "Clinical Guidelines for Mental Disorders of Traditional Chinese Medicine",the clinical psychology department of the Guoyitang of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is selected.In the outpatient department of Director Wang Keqin,35 patients were diagnosed with specific phobia(deficiency of liver and gallbladder qi)and were treated with Huangqi Buqi Dingjing Decoction for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the TCM Syndrome Score Scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Symptom Self-rating Scale(SCL-90)were performed,and the data were sorted for statistical analysis.Results: Comparative analysis of scale points before and after treatment:⑴ In the total scores of TCM syndromes and various factors,except for the two items of worrying and depressed,the rest of the values are significantly reduced,which is statistically significant(P<0.05);worrying and depressed The two improvements were not obvious and not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate based on this standard was 90.63%.(2)In the scores of each component of HAMA,anxiety,tension,fear,insomnia,cardiovascular system,and gastrointestinal system,these 6 items are statistically significant(P<0.05);while cognitive function,depression,and physical anxiety:muscular system,Physical anxiety: sensory system,respiratory system,genitourinary system symptoms,autonomic nervous system symptoms,behavioral performance during interviews,these 8 treatment effects are not obvious,and there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).⑶ The score of the terrorist factor in SCL-90 decreased,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate based on the score of the terrorist factor was 87.5%.⑷The total HAMA score and SDSS score decreased,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The total scores of TCM syndromes and the scores of various factors decreased after treatment;the total scores of HAMA and the scores of various components,and the scores of terror factors in SCL-90 decreased after treatment.Experiments have proved that patients with specific phobias(liver and gallbladder qi deficiency)have curative effects after taking Huangqi Buqi Dingjing Decoction.Huangqi Buqi Dingjing Decoction is a drug worthy of promotion and application for the treatment of specific phobias(liver and gallbladder qi deficiency).
