Clinical Observation Of Huangqi Bugan Decoction In The Treatment Of Hepatitis B Fibrosis With Liver-Qi Deficiency

Objective:To observe and study the clinical effect of Huangqibugan decoction on liver-qi deficiency type of hepatitis B liver fibrosis,and to explore the mechanism of action,so as to provide theoretical basis for TCM treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods:61 cases of chronic hepatitis B with liver-qi deficiency were randomly divided into Observation Group(30 cases)and Control Group(31 cases)by SPSS software.The control group was given anti-virus treatment with Cave dispersible tablet,and the observation group was treated with Huangqi Bugan decoction on the basis of the Control Group for 24 weeks.The changes of TCM Syndrome,liver function,hepatitis B,HBV-DNA,liver fibrosis,APRI,FIB-4 and liver hardness were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.In terms of the curative effect and syndrome score of TCM syndromes,symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,showing a statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of the therapeutic effect and syndrome score of the observation group was better than that of the control group.2.In terms of liver function,both groups showed significant improvement in liver function after treatment compared with before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the liver function index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of liver function index of the observation group was better than that of the control group.3.In terms of liver fibrosis,APRI score,fib-4 index,liver hardness and liver fibrosis were significantly lower in the two groups after treatment than before treatment,with statistical differences(P<0.05).After treatment,APRI score,liver hardness and liver fibrosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,showing statistical differences(P<0.05),suggesting that the observation group was superior to the control group in improving liver fibrosis.4.There was no change in the number of HBsAg positive cases before and after treatment in the two groups.The rate of HBEAG turning negative in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference(p>0.05).5.Hbv-dna in the two groups decreased significantly after Treatment(P≪0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).6.There were no adverse reactions and.side effects in both groups.Conclusion:Huangqibugan decoction can significantly improve the clinical syndrome,biochemical index,liver hardness and related serum indexes of patients with liver-qi deficiency type B liver fibrosis,and has good clinical efficacy.
