A Study On The Path And Model Of Charitable Organizations Participating In Medical Assistance Based On Projects From The Typical Assistance Platforms

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the main contradictions of society have been transformed into contradictions between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the development of inadequate and unbalanced development.In the field of social assistance,the difficulty of seeing a doctor,the cost of medical care is still outstanding,medical assistance is faced with low level of relief,large contradiction between supply and demand,insufficient financial security,difficult yearning and so on.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has put forward a request for " supporting the disadvantaged ",and China will implement the "health and poverty alleviation" campaign in 2018.The implementation of health poverty alleviation is not only an important measure to prevent poverty caused by illness,but also the need to build a healthy China,and multi-sector joint charitable medical assistance plays an important role in health poverty alleviation.In recent years,various localities and departments have gradually explored different modes of medical assistance in practice and achieved good results.However,what are the typical,exemplary and marketable rescue models? How can the model of charitable organizations’ participation in medical assistance improve in the future? Through the discussion and research on related issues,this paper finds the working mode and the realization path of the medical aid project to promote the good results,and then constructs the corresponding overall framework,which provides theoretical support and policy reference for improving the level of medical assistance and promoting the implementation of health and poverty alleviation actions.This paper takes the charitable medical aid project as the research object.First of all,through the literature method and theoretical analysis method,the theoretical framework and standard system of non-profit organization’s participation in medical aid are constructed,which selects7 conditional variables in two dimensions of the combination of medical aid subject and the supply of rescue resources,and takes the social recognition and typicality of the relief project as the result variable.In this paper,135 medical aid project cases were selected for qualitative comparative analysis from the social assistance system in China and the China Charity Information Platform.The results show that the determination of the scope of relief is related to the degree of joint assistance,and the scope of relief is often the participation of governments,medical institutions and enterprises.The direct and timely form of assistance for specific regions and in combination with the availability of medical resources can meet the differential needs of the different types of diseases and different resources required for the relief.On this basis,based on the qualitative combination path given by qualitative comparative analysis(QCA),this paper selects D Fund,Z Foundation,A Foundation and W Charitable Organization Charity Medical Assistance Project with the strongest explanatory power and typical cases for case analysis.Finally,the mechanism map and typical pattern diagram of the non-profit organizations involved in medical assistance are extracted.Finally,this paper proposes relevant policy recommendations for charity medical assistance work in the current and future.
