Objective:The network model of association rules between Mahuang(Ephedra Herba)and Shigao(Gypsum Fibrosum)in Treatise on Typhoid and Meterious Diseases was established,and the relevant rules between Mahuang and Shigao ware analyzed based on the theoretical knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine,so as to provide a new idea for the systematic study of classic ancient books such as Treatise on Typhoid and finally realize the data and visualization of classic prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:In this study,the original text containing Mahuang(Ephedra Herba)and Shigao(Gypsum Fibrosum)in Treatise on Typhoid and Meterious Diseases was standardized according to prescriptions,Chinese Medicine and symptoms.After that,the corresponding frequency were counted and input into Microsoft Excel software to establish the original database.Then,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software package was used to preliminarily construct association rule diagram.The next,IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 software was used to draw the cluster analysis tree diagram.After the nodes of the variables in association rules and cluster analysis are counted.Finally,the mathematical language ware converted into the professional language of Chinese medicine according to the charts and related professional knowledge of Chinese Medicine,and the hidden laws and relationships are analyzed,concluded and summarized.Results:(1)Among the prescriptions involving Mahuang(Ephedra Herba)and Shigao(Gypsum Fibrosum),licorice is the most commonly used Traditional Chinese Medicine,Mahuang Tang and Baihu Tang are the most commonly used prescriptions,and the common compatibility of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is licorice-ginger-jujube.Prescriptions are mainly distributed in the article,except the Shaoyang disease,Taiyin disease are involved,attaches great importance to the six-channel differentiation and the syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs and meridians,the Taiyang disedse was evidence cure classification with typhoid fever,stroke,wind temperature,master card with ephedra soup,the sun and the bullishness of not using puerarin soup,both fluid syndrome with small qinglong decoction,into lung heat syndrome in ephedra almond licorice gypsum soup,etc.(2)The symptoms of high frequency and multi-link are pulse floating,fever,sweating,wheezing and thirst,which can be used as a syndrome to play a role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Floating pulse,fever and sweating can be identified as solar typhoid fever.Ephedra decoction is chosen for evidence examination.When there is no sweat,it is solar stroke.Zhong Jing’s diagnosis of diseases paid attention to the color pulse,and his mastery of the color pulse was very precise.The observation of the color included "the complexion is hot","the complexion was straight on the edge","the whole face was yellow","dark",etc.,which not only described the complexion,but also highlighted the characteristics;Diagnosis of pulse,pulse float,float tight,float slow,float smooth,pulse sink,pulse sink late and so on,reflects its heavy pulse thought.Conclusion:In this study,association rules,cluster analysis,frequency and frequency statistics tools and methods were used to summarize the professional knowledge of ephedra and gypsum in the original text of Treatise on Typhoid and Meterious Diseases from the aspects of prescription,Traditional Chinese Medicine,symptoms,etc.,and analyze the rules and complex relationships between syndrome-prescription-medicine.The results of this study are as follows: the network and model of association rules obtained by Data Mining are clear,intuitive,and have good concrete and visual effects,which realize the exploration and explanation of syndrome differentiation,prescription dispatchings and drug use rules in Treatise on Typhoid and Meterious Diseases from point to point.The Data Mining technology is a relatively scientific and effective tool for the systematic study of Treatise on Typhoid and Mysticemic Diseases,which is of great significance to the in-depth study of Zhang Zhongjing’s syndrome differentiation and treatment and the rule of prescription medication.
