The Clinical Research Of Pipa Qingfei Decocti On Combined With Electro-optical Synergy Technology In The Treatment Of Rosacea With Excessive Heat In Lung And Stomach

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of modified Pipa Qingfei Decoction combined with Electro-optical Synergy Technology in the treatment of rosacea with excessive heat in lung and stomach,observe its clinical efficacy in terms of clinical symptoms,signs,dermatological quality of life index,adverse reactions and recurrence rates,To search for an effective method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for rosacea with excessive heat in lung and stomach.Methods:Divide 50 patients with rosacea from lung and stomach heat into the treatment group and the control group with 25 cases each by simple sorting and randomization,The treatment group was treated with modified Pipa Qingfei decoction combined with electrooptical synergy technology,and the control group was treated with modified Pipa Qingfei decoction alone,3 weeks is a course of treatment,a total of 9 weeks.At the end of 3 weeks,6 weeks and9 weeks,the observation indexes were statistically analyzed,and then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.At the same time,the recurrence of the two groups after1 month of treatment was observed.Results:In this study,a total of 50 patients with lung and stomach heat-type rosacea were clinically studied.After statistical analysis,the two groups of patients before treatment were in gender,age,course of disease,dryness,burning,itching,erythema,telangiectasia,skin lesions and symptoms Integral,DLQI score of patients with skin diseases,there is no statistical difference in all aspects(P>0.05),and the two groups are comparable.1.Comparison of skin lesions and symptom scores: The scores of skin lesions and symptoms of the treatment group at 3,6 and 9 weeks of treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the control group was treated The skin lesions and symptom scores after 3 weeks were not statistically different from those before treatment(P>0.05).The skin lesions and symptoms scores of 6 and 9 weeks of treatment were compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In comparison between the groups,the differences in the skin lesions and symptom scores of the two groups at 3,6 and 9 weeks of treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of DLQI scores: There was no significant difference in DLQI scores between the two groups at 3 weeks of treatment and before treatment(P>0.05).There were differences in DLQI scores at 6 and 9 weeks of treatment compared with those before treatment.Statistically significant(P<0.05).In comparison between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference in the DLQI scores of the two groups after 3 weeks of treatment(P>0.05),and the difference between the 6 and 9 weeks of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of clinical efficacy: Comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups of treatment at the end of 3,6 and 9 weeks,it was found that the overall effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Adverse reactions and recurrence rate: The difference between the two groups of adverse reactions was not statistically significant(P>0.05);follow-up after 1 month of treatment,the recurrence rate was 8.6% in the treatment group and 15.8% in the control group,and the difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups No statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pipa Qingfei decoction combined with electro-optical synergy technology in the treatment of rosacea with excessive heat in lung and stomach heat has a definite effect.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce skin lesions,and significantly improve the quality of life,and the adverse reactions and recurrence rate are low.It is worthy of clinical application.
