| Objective:To investigate the correlation between interleukin-34(IL-34),complement-C1q/TNF-related protein 13(CTRP13)and unstable angina with type 2 diabetes.Methods:318 patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology and endocrinology,Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from October 2019 to October 2020 were collected and divided into 3 groups according to the clinical data : UA+DM group(n=50),UA group(n=50),DM group(n=50);50 healthy people who had physical examination at the same period were selected as control group(n=50).The serum levels of IL-34 and CTRP13 were detected by ELISA.The differences of indicators among the four groups and the correlation between IL-34,CTRP13 and UA with T2 DM were analyzed. Results:Serum IL-34 level was increased in control group,T2 DM group,UA group and UA+T2DM group successively(P<0.05).Serum CTRP13 level was decreased in control group,UA group,T2 DM group and UA+T2DM group successively(P<0.05).The Gensini score of UA+T2DM group was significantly higher than UA group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that serum IL-34 level was positively correlated with WC,TG,LDL-C,FPG,hs-CRP and Gensini scores in UA+T2DM group, and negatively correlated with CTRP13,HDL-C(P<0.05).Serum CTRP13 level was negatively correlated with FPG,hs-CRP and Gensini scores in UA+T2DM group, and positively correlated with HDL-C(P<0.05).In multivariate logistic regression model, serum IL-34 and CTRP13 were both predictors of UA with T2DM(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of IL-34 and CTRP13 in diagnosing of UA with T2 DM were 0.784 and 0.820 respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:The elevated level of serum IL-34 and the decreased level of CTRP13 are closely related to glucose and lipid metabolism disorder, inflammation and the severity of coronary artery lesions.IL-34 and CTRP13 have good diagnostic value for UA with T2 DM,and can evaluate the severity of coronary artery lesions. |
