Clinical Study Of The Protective And Therapeutic Effect Of ShuXueTong Injection On Patienents With Unstable Angina Pectoris Complicated With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:To observe the protective effect of ShuXueTong injection on the vascular endothelial cells,the influence on the expression of serum cytokine and the clinical therapeutic effect on patients with unstable angina pectoris complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and explore the prevention and cure machenism of it on coronary heart disease(CHD),diabetes mellitus (DM)and their syndrome.Methods:40 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups:A group(control group), twenty patients were dealt with conventional treatment; B group (treatment group), twenty patients were treated with conventional medicine combined with shuxuetong injection.Before and after 14-day′s treatment,the clinical syndrome were observed and the fasting plasm glucose (FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and serum endothelin-1(ET-1), intercellular adhesion molecule -1(ICAM-1), tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-a), P-selectin were tested.Results:The clinical syndrome efficiency and the total efficiency were different remarkably between the treatment group and the control group,while the former is higher(P<0.05). The TC and LDL-C decreased significantly in treatment group,as well as the level of ET-1,ICAM-1,TNF-a and P-selectin,and compared with the control group,the curative effect of the treatment group was much more prominent.Conclusion:ShuXueTong injection can ameliorate the syndromes of patients, enhance clinical efficiency,regulate the chaos of lipid metaboly, alleviate the trauma of the vascular endothelial cell and decrease the quantity of ET-1.As shown in study, ShuXuetong reduced...
