Objective:To investigate the mechanism of the disease the purpose of this paper is to discuss the hemostatic effect and prognosis of purse string suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine local atony during cesarean section.Method:Methods from July 2015 to July 2019,68 cases of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine local atony occurred in the lower uterine cesarean section in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Chengde Central Hospital(group A and group B included 34 pregnant women meeting the diagnostic criteria)and 34 cases of normal cesarean section patients without postpartum hemorrhage in the same period(Group C)were randomly selected according to the 1:1 matching method, and their clinical data were analyzed Retrospective analysis.Group A: 34 cases of single-layer purse string suture of uterine wall during cesarean section;group B: 34 cases of B-Lynch suture during cesarean section;group C: 34 cases of conventional lower uterine cesarean section. The general clinical data(age, gestational weeks, times of pregnancy),operation time(OT),bleeding loss(BL),postoperative 2 h bleeding, postoperative 24 h bleeding, duration of lochia(DOL)and menstruation recovery time(MRT)were compared among the three groups.Statistical methods were tested by spss23.0 statistical software, including analysis of variance and non parametric test.Result:1.There was no significant difference in the general clinical data, including age, gestational weeks and times of pregnancy among the three groups(P > 0.05).2.The operation time of group A was 65.44±10.55 min,and that of group B was 90.38 ± 13.04 min.the operation time of group A was significantly shorter than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In the comparison of intraoperative blood loss, the blood loss of group A was 1044.12 ± 178.04 ml,while that of group B was 1068.82 ±178.22 ml,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).4.There was no significant difference between group A and group B(P > 0.05).5.There was no significant difference between group A and group B(P > 0.05).6.The duration of lochia was 35.24 ± 8.31 days in group A and34.50±9.1 days in group C.There was no significant difference between group A and group C(P > 0.05).7.There was no significant difference between group A and group C(226.82±96.93 D and 226.97±98.54 D,P > 0.05).ConclusionSingle layer purse string suture of uterine wall in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by poor local uterine contraction during cesarean section has rapid hemostasis and definite hemostatic effect, and has no obvious effect on the duration of lochia and the time of menstruation recovery,so it is suitable for clinical promotion.
