Research On The Characteristics Of Moxibustion Of Xujiang Medicine

As an important part of acupuncture and moxibustion,moxibustion has been favored by doctors of the past dynasties for its unique clinical effects,and it occupies an important position in Chinese medicine.Xujiang Medicine was one of the important local medical schools in our country,which contains rich moxibustion thoughts.Five Xujiang physicians,Ziming Chen,Yilin Wei,Chan Li,Juzhong Gong,and Tingxian Gong have played an important role in moxibustion theory and clinical practice.This paper uses the methods such as literature data method,logical reasoning method,and inductive summary method to use the representative works of the above five doctors: "Waike jingyao","Shiyi deixiaofang","Yixue rumen","Honglu dianxue","Wanbing huichun","Shoushi baoyuan" are specific research objects,carefully studied and analyzed,and at the same time searched and consulted related literature materials.By systematically sorting out the original text and literature materials of moxibustion in the book,we will summarize the academic thinking of Xujiang medical moxibustion as a whole,explore the characteristics and value of Xujiang medical moxibustion,expand and deepen the academic research of Xujiang medicine,and inherit the essence of Xujiang medical moxibustion.Aims to further carry forward the moxibustion techniques and theories in Xujiang medicine,and provide reference and reference for clinical practice.This paper is mainly divided into the following four parts:(1)Summary of Xujiang Medical Moxibustion;(2)Main academic thoughts of the representative physicians of Xujiang Medical Moxibustion;(3)Features of Xujiang Medical Moxibustion;(4)Modern Clinical Application.Through the comprehensive analysis and analysis of relevant moxibustion literature,Xujiang Medical Moxibustion has a profound theory,rich practical experience,and innovative methods of moxibustion.It has greatly enriched the traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods in our country and has a place in the history of Chinese medicine.The author believes that moxibustion has been inherited and developed in Xujiang medicine.The academic characteristics of various Xujiang doctors are as follows: Ziming Chen played a role in Chinese medicine surgery,and used moxibustion for carbuncle.Yilin Wei listed how to use moxibustion to treat 56 diseases in clinical practice.It is recommended that fewer moxibustion points should be used;if multiple points are used at the same time,the order of moxibustion should be considered;the amount of moxibustion should be adjusted flexibly according to age,condition,and location of moxibustion.Chan Li believes that the effects of moxibustion can make up for the deficiency of acupuncture and medicine;pay attention to the role of the meridian system in moxibustion,and focus on the use of specific acupoints and odd points;the first moxibustion umbilical therapy is used to treat all kinds of diseases and health care.Tingxian Gong has unique insights on the treatment of acute and critical illnesses with moxibustion;he also advocates streamlining the selection of acupoints,focusing on the use of odd and experiential acupoints,and pays attention to navel health care.Juzhong Gong believes that moxibustion can be used for cold-heat deficiency syndromes,breaking the taboo of "heat syndrome forbidden moxibustion",advocating the use of moxibustion for tuberculosis;moxibustion for tuberculosis uses sophisticated acupoints,paying attention to compatibility;focusing on the details of moxibustion.The main characteristics of Xujiang medical moxibustion include: differentiation and treatment of disease syndromes,flexible application of moxibustion;exquisite point selection and diverse moxibustion methods;combined application of moxibustion and medicine,which complement each other;moxibustion cures emergencies and has a rapid effect;health care,moxibustion on the navel is essential.In addition,the modern clinical application of moxibustion has many similarities with Xujiang medical moxibustion in terms of differentiation and treatment of disease syndromes,simplified point selection,diverse moxibustion methods,emergency treatment of moxibustion,and navel health care.Moxibustion has certain enlightening significance.All in all,this paper is based on the research of related literatures of Xujiang medical moxibustion,understands the development of Xujiang medical moxibustion,analyzes the main academic thoughts of the representative physicians of Xujiang medical moxibustion,and clarifies the characteristics of Xujiang medical moxibustion.The modern clinical application of medical therapy has provided some research ideas for later generations of physicians in the clinical application and academic innovation of moxibustion,and provided some direction for the construction of a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangxi.
