Objective: To explore the infrared characteristics of delayed-type heat-sensitive acupoints in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,in order to find an efficient, objective and accurate detection technique for detecting the delayed-type heat-sensitive acupoints in clinical practice. Methods: In this study,74 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research object. The thermal tomography imaging system was used to collect the infrared thermal imaging of each patient, and record the infrared temperature values of Dazhui,Jianjing(affected side),Feishu(affected side),and Jianyu(affected side). The four acupoints were explored by moxibustion sensation method the next day(exploration once a day,40 minutes each time,3 days in total).According to whether there is a heat-sensitive moxibustion sensation and the time when the heat-sensitive moxibustion sensation appears, the explored points are divided into 12groups: Dazhui immediate-type heat-sensitive group,delayed-type heat-sensitive group,non-heat-sensitive group,Jianjing immediate-type heat-sensitive group,delayed-type heat-sensitive group,non-heat-sensitive group,Feishu immediate-type heat-sensitive group,delayed-type heat-sensitive group,non-heat-sensitive group,Jianyu immediate-type heat-sensitive group,delayed-type heat-sensitive group, and non-heat-sensitive group(each group included 20 points for a total of 240 points). Finally,a comparative analysis of the infrared temperature difference between the immediate-type heat-sensitive group, the delayed-type heat-sensitive group and the non-heat-sensitive group at the same points was compared. Results: The infrared temperature value of the Dazhui the immediate-type heat-sensitive group, the delayed-type heat-sensitive group and the non-heat sensitive group were 34.63±0.67℃,34.14±0.67℃,33.64±0.89℃,respectively.The comparison of infrared temperature among the three groups was P=0.001<0.01,with extremely significant statistical difference.Among them,P=0.044<0.05 between the immediate-type heat-sensitive group and the delayed-type heat-sensitive group, and P=0.039<0.05 between the delayed-type heat-sensitive group and the non-heat-sensitive group, both of which have significant statistical differences;P=0.000<0.01 between the immediate-type heat-sensitive group and the non-heat-sensitive group, which has a very significant statistical difference. The results showed that Dazhui acupoint in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy had different infrared temperature characteristics under different sensitization states. The infrared temperature value of Dazhui point in the immediate heat-sensitive state is extremely significantly higher than that in the non-heat-sensitive state. The infrared temperature value of Dazhui point in the delayed heat-sensitive state was significantly lower than that of Dazhui in the immediate heat-sensitive state and higher than that in the non-heat-sensitive state. The infrared temperature value of the Jianjing immediate-type heat-sensitive group, the delayed-type heat-sensitive group and the non-heat sensitive group were 34.62±0.53℃,34.25±0.52℃,33.88±0.63℃,respectively.The comparison of infrared temperature among the three groups was P=0.001<0.01,with extremely significant statistical difference.Among them,P=0.041<0.05 between the immediate-type heat-sensitive group and the delayed-type heat-sensitive group,and=0.042<0.05 between the delayed-type heat-sensitive group and the non-heat-sensitive group, both of which have significant statistical differences;P=0.000<0.01 between the immediate-type heat-sensitive group and the non-heat-sensitive group, which has a very significant statistical difference. The results showed that Jianjing acupoint in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy had different infrared temperature characteristics under different sensitization states. The infrared temperature value of Jianjing point in the immediate heat-sensitive state is extremely significantly higher than that in the non-heat-sensitive state. The infrared temperature value of Jianjing point in the delayed heat-sensitive state was significantly lower than that of Jianjing in the immediate heat-sensitive state and higher than that in the non-heat-sensitive state. The infrared temperature value of the Feishu immediate-type heat-sensitive group, the delayed-type heat-sensitive group and the non-heat sensitive group were 34.73±0.62℃,34.25±0.64℃,33.86±0.51℃,respectively.The comparison of infrared temperature among the three groups was P=0.000<0.01,with extremely significant statistical difference.Among them,P=0.014<0.05 between the immediate-type heat-sensitive group and the delayed-type heat-sensitive group, and P=0.041<0.05 between the delayed-type heat-sensitive group and the non-heat-sensitive group, both of which have significant statistical differences;P=0.000<0.01 between the immediate-type heat-sensitive group and the non-heat-sensitive group, which has a very significant statistical difference. The results showed that Feishu acupoint in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy had different infrared temperature characteristics under different sensitization states. The infrared temperature value of Feishu point in the immediate heat-sensitive state is extremely significantly higher than that of the non-heat-sensitive Feishu point. The infrared temperature value of Feishu point in the delayed heat-sensitive state was significantly lower than that of Feishu in the immediate heat-sensitive state, and higher than that in the non-heat-sensitive state. The infrared temperature value of the Jianyu immediate-type heat-sensitive group, the delayed-type heat-sensitive group and the non-heat sensitive group were 34.73±0.62℃,33.85±0.58℃,33.37±0.72℃,respectively.The comparison of infrared temperature among the three groups was P=0.000<0.01,with extremely significant statistical difference.Among them,P=0.009<0.05 between the immediate-type heat-sensitive group and the delayed-type heat-sensitive group, and P=0.024<0.05 between the delayed-type heat-sensitive group and the non-heat-sensitive group, both of which have significant statistical differences;P=0.000<0.01 between the immediate-type heat-sensitive group and the non-heat-sensitive group, which has a very significant statistical difference. The results showed that Jianyu acupoint in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy had different infrared temperature characteristics under different sensitization states. The infrared temperature value of Jianyu point in the immediate heat-sensitive state is extremely significantly higher than that in the non-heat-sensitive state Jianyu point. The infrared temperature value of Jianyu point in the heat-sensitive state was significantly lower than that of Jianyu in the immediate heat-sensitive state, and higher than that in the non-heat-sensitive state.Conclusion:(1)Patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy have different infrared temperature characteristics of delayed heat-sensitive acupoints, immediate heat-sensitive acupoints, and non-heat-sensitive acupoints. The infrared temperature value of delayed-type heat-sensitized acupoints is lower than that of immediate-type heat-sensitized acupoints, and higher than that of non-heat-sensitized acupoints;(2)Thermal tomography imaging technology can objectively detect delayed heat-sensitive acupoints to a certain extent, and can be used as an auxiliary detection method for delayed heat-sensitive acupoints.
