Effect Of Moxibustion On Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy And The Changes Of Infrared Temperature

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion and moxibustion and moxibustion on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,moxibustion reaction and the change of infrared temperature before and after moxibustion.Methods:1.January 2016 to December 2016 admitted to rehabilitation physiotherapy department of hospital,with nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients included in the standard and voluntarily joined the study a total of 60 patients were randomly divided into moxibustion moxibustion group(treatment group)and 30 cases of mild moxibustion group(control group)30 cases;acupoints were taken ipsilateral the Jingjiaji,Dazhu,Gaohuangshu,Tianzong,treatment group were treated with moxibustion moxibustion sensation in the Acupoint Moxibustion,control group were treated with mild moxibustion on the acupoints of moxibustion,1 times daily,6 times as a course of treatment between the rest of the day,a total of 2 courses.Comparison of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the symptoms of cervical spondylosis symptoms and VAS score difference,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.2.To compare the changes of the thermodynamogram of the patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy before and after treatment.Results:1.There were significant differences between the two groups in the two groups(P<0.05)by Mann-Whitney U test.Compared with the Mann-Whitney U test,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.The control group was cured in 11 cases,markedly effective in 12 cases,improved in 6 cases,the total effective rate was 86.2%,by Mann-Whitney U test,The two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).3.Compared with the Mann-Whitney U test,the temperature difference between.the two groups was different(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)by Mann-Whitney U test.Conclusion:1.Moxibustion moxibustion treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis effect is significant,its efficacy is better than mild moxibustion,can significantly change the nerve root type cervical clinical symptoms and signs,effectively relieve pain.2.Moxibustion moxibustion group and mild moxibustion group after treatment of the affected side of the infrared temperature difference were reduced to varying degrees,but moxibustion moxibustion group more obvious.3.Moxibustion is an important factor affecting the efficacy of moxibustion,manifested in the moxibustion sense of time,duration and moxibustion on the type.Moxibustion moxibustion moxibustion is more obvious than mild moxibustion,early,long duration,more types of moxibustion,the effect is more obvious.4.The severity of clinical symptoms affect the moxibustion reaction,the more severe clinical symptoms of moxibustion sense of the more obvious,with the condition improved moxibustion feeling gradually weakened.
