Objective:In this study, acupuncture treatment of vascular cognitive impairment(VCI)by acupuncture points in the Qi and blood group(Baihui,Fengfu,Guanyuan,Qihai,Zusanli,Yongquan,Zhongchong)was used to observe its clinical effects on VCI patients.Curative effect,so as to provide a clinical basis for the treatment of VCI by acupuncture and regulating Qi and blood group acupoint therapy. Methods:According to the VCI diagnostic criteria,60 patients with vascular cognitive impairment who were hospitalized in the Fifth Department of Brain Diseases of Anhui Acupuncture Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were collected and randomly divided into acupuncture group and drug group with 30 cases each. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture at the acupoints of the Qi-blood regulating group once a day,and the control group was treated with nimodipine orally three times a day for ten days as a course of treatment for a total of5 courses. All patients in the group were taken from the cubital vein on an empty stomach in the early morning before and after the treatment, stored in the serum separator gel coagulation tube, centrifuged at 3000 r/min for 10 min,and the supernatant was stored at-80 ℃ in the refrigerator.Measurement.This study uses SPSS26.0 for statistical analysis of data.Results:1.Before treatment, the general conditions of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed,p>0.05,which was not statistically significant and comparable.2.The MMSE,MOCA,HIS,and ADL scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared between and within groups(before treatment),and the results showed significant differences(p<0.05).Before and after treatment, comparing the scores of the TCM Syndrome Scale between the two groups, the improvement of cognitive function in the acupuncture group was more significant than that in the nimodipine group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.Serum HIF-1α was detected before and after treatment in the two groups of patients and it was found that HIF-1α in patients with cognitive impairment had varying degrees of abnormality. After treatment in the two groups, the abnormal values of HIF-1α recovered to varying degrees, and the paired t test after treatment and before treatment p<0.05,which was statistically significant.4.Comparison of Ngb before and after treatment between the two groups of patients, the serum Ngb level increased significantly after treatment in the acupuncture group, there was a significant difference(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the drug group(p>0.05).Conclusions:1.Adopting acupuncture to regulate qi and blood group point therapy has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of VCI,and it has certain advantages in improving patients’ MMSE,MOCA,HIS,ADL and the core syndrome scale of traditional Chinese medicine.2.According to the test results of HIF-1α and Ngb,it can be inferred that the abnormally high value of HIF-1α and the abnormally low value of neuroglobin can lead to the occurrence of vascular cognitive dysfunction.3.Compared with nimodipine therapy, acupuncture in the acupuncture regulating qi and blood group is more effective in improving patients’ cognitive impairment and other related symptoms. Its mechanism of action may be the same as that of acupuncture by inhibiting the level of HIF-1α and increasing the level of Ngb.Expression related,by reducing cerebral nerve necrosis due to ischemia and hypoxia, improving cognitive function.
