The Study Of Summarizing TCM Master Hong Guangxiang’s Experience In Treating Asthma And Allergic Consti Tution Based On Medical Record Mining

Objective:Through the data mining of the medical records of Professor Hong Guangxiang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,the common syndrome characteristics and prescription rules of Professor Hong in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic constitution of asthma are obtained,and the pathogenesis is discussed,and the diagnosis and treatment plan of allergic constitution of asthma is formed to improve the clinical curative effect.Methods:In this study,a complete collection of cases of patients with bronchial asthma treated by Professor Hong from April 2009 to July 2010 was collected,among which a total of 49 cases met the requirements and78 consultations were conducted.According to the disease stages,the patients were divided into onset stage and remission stage.The information of patients’ ages,four diagnosis data and prescriptions were collected.With the help of Microsoft Office Excel 2013,IBM SPSS 23.0and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and other software,frequency statistics and association analysis were used to perform data mining on the patients,and the academic experience of Professor Hong in the treatment of asthma allergy was summarized.Results:1.General situation : 49 cases and 78 consultations were analyzed in this study.From the perspective of age distribution,the frequency of occurrence in the 0–9 age group was the highest,with 17 cases,accounting for 34.69% of the total number.2.The symptoms were cough(75%),nasal obstruction(67%),runny nose(55%),red lips(47.5%),wheezing(42.5%),phlegm in roar(27.5%),body itching(20%),chest tightness(20%).The main remission stages were nasal congestion(42.11%),sneezing(34.21%),lip redness(28.95%)and runny nose(26.32%).3.Tongue and pulse signs: abnormal tongue signs during the exacerbation phase are mainly red(87.5%),white(80%),greasy(57.5%),yellow(37.5%),dark(35%),thin(15%)and scanty(10%);during the remission phase,the tongue signs are mainly white(79.95%),red(65.79%),greasy(58.89%),dark(36.84%)(26.32%),yellow tongue coating(26.32%),light red tongue coating(23.68%)and little coating(15.79%).The abnormal pulse during the onset phase was mainly floating(75.00%),slippery(57.50%),stringent(47.50%),thin(45.00%)and counted(12.50%).In remission,the pulse was predominantly thin(60.53%),smooth(50.00%),string(44.74%),sunken(15.79%),weak(13.16%),floating(10.53%)and tight(10.53%).4.Basic prescriptions: there are 7 kinds of prescriptions with a frequency of ≥15% during the onset period,including Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction,Dan Chi Zicao Decoction,Juanxiao Decoction,Kangmin Decoction,Yiqi Huwei Decoction,Xiaoqinglong Decoction,and Wenfei Decoction.There were 5 kinds of prescriptions with a frequency of ≥15% in the remission period,and the specific distribution was as follows: Dan Chi Zicao Decoction,Yiqi Huwei Decoction,Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction,and Wenyang Huwei Decoction.5.According to the analysis of the association rules,the correlation of the prescriptions in the attack stage from strong to weak was Danchi Zicao Decoction and Juanxiao Decoction,Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction and Yiqi Huwei Decoction,Wenfei Decoction,Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Juanxiao Decoction,Danchi Zicao Decoction and Wenfei Decoction,Kangmin Decoction Decoction and Juanxiao Decoction.In the remission period,there was a high correlation between Dan Chi Zicao Decoction and Yiqi Huwei Decoction,Wenyang Huwei Decoction,Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction and Yiqi Huwei Decoction,and Kangmin Decoction and Yiqi Huwei Decoction.Conclusion:1.The majority of asthma allergic constitution patients are children.2.Four diagnostic reference,onset of symptoms in patients with cough,nasal congestion,runny nose,lipstick,asthma,tongue red or dark,moss white,pulse is given priority to with floating pulse;The remission period is mainly manifested as nasal congestion,nasal itching and other nasal symptoms,lip red and tongue red,moss white,pulse thin.3.Professor Hong treats allergic constitution of asthma: in the attack stage,he mainly uses three parties(Danchi Zicao Decoction,Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction,Kangmin Decoction)to resist allergy and regulate allergic constitution.He often cooperates with Juanxiao Decoction to eliminate phlegm and remove blood stasis,promote qi activity,remove rewelding roots in the lungs,and mainly eliminates pathogenic factors,and uses Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Wenfei Decoction to disperse cold evil;In the remission stage,Yiqi Huwei Decoction,an experienced prescription of tripartite compatibility,is mainly used for warming yang and invigorating qi,tonifying deficiency and strengthening body resistance,while taking into account the conditioning of allergic constitution.The three parties are used to improve the biased state of allergic constitution of patients.Conditioning allergic constitution runs through the whole process,and the treatment process reflects both attack and supplement,giving attention to both the symptoms and the root4.This study fully embodies Professor Hong’s thought of focusing on the combination of body and disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation in treating allergic constitution of asthma.Body differentiation runs through the treatment,disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation in order to grasp the main contradiction of pathogenesis and seek the root of treatment.
