| Objective: Research purposes:This study is based on Professor Wu Bingcai’s clinical cases of treating heart diseases with modified yinqiao mabo powder decoction,using data mining technology and comprehensive analysis of relevant theoretical knowledge,to explore Professor Wu Bingcai’s application of modified yinqiao mabo powder decoction in treating heart diseases.It can expand the clinical application of modified yinqiao mabo powder decoction,and better make the academic thought of the master of traditional Chinese medicine to be inherited.Research methods: From September 2018 to December 2020,Professor Wu Bingcai used modified yinqiao mabo powder decoction to treat 200 patients with heart diseases who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,293 times,according to the name,age,gender,treatment time,treatment times,symptoms,tongue,pulse,disease name,main prescription,specific Chinese medicine,modified yinqiao mabo powder decoction the dosage forms were made into word electronic case template to standardize the medical terms,and the sorted electronic cases were input into excel one by one to form a database.SPSS software was used for frequency analysis,association rules and cluster analysis.Professor Wu Bingcai used modified yinqiao mabo powder decoction in the treatment of heart diseases to conduct an empirical data mining and related discussion and analysis,with typical medical case analysis.Research results:1.general situation: among the 200 patients collected,94 were male and 106 were female,and the ratio of men and women was 1:1.13,without significant difference.174 cases over 30 years old,accounting for 87.0%of the total number,mainly distributed between 41 and 60 years old,accounting for 50% of the total.According to the latest age division standards in China,Professor Wu Bingcai mainly used Yinqiao Mabo powder to treat the heart disease mainly in the young and middle ages.2.frequency analysis: the main symptoms of symptom frequency statistics show: chest tightness,pharyngeal red,fatigue,palpitation,dry mouth not wanting to drink,insomnia,easy to wake up,irritability,abdominal fullness,mouth sticking,dreaming,dizziness,bitter mouth,chilly,foreign body feeling in the pharynx.The statistics of tongue frequency showed that the most common tongue was red,tongue was light red,tongue was dark red,yellow putty,thin yellow,thin white and white thick.Pulse frequency statistics show that the most common pulse string is in the most prosperous,the pulse is soft and the pulse is soft,the pulse is fine and the pulse string is in the middle,and the pulse string is floating.The statistics of the frequency of TCM disease diagnosis show that the first diagnosis is mainly insomnia,chest arthralgia,palpitation and sweating,and often combined with other diseases.The frequency of traditional Chinese medicine except yinqiao mabo powder showed that from high to low,licorice,Poria cocos,Chenpi,French pinellia,nocturnal vine,bamboo Ru,tulip,almond,loquat leaf and jujube kernel were the main factors.The frequency of drug return showed that lung,stomach,heart and spleen were from high to low.The frequency of compatibility prescription showed that Wendan Decoction,poring almond liquorice soup,sour jujube kernel soup,Jiawei Xiaoyao Pill,Yueju pill,Li Shi Qing Xia Yiqi Decoction and Gegen Qinlian Decoction were used.3.association rule analysis: according to the symptom association rules,the key symptoms are: chest tightness,pharyngeal red,palpitation.The results of the rules of association between drugs and symptoms show that chest depression,fatigue,palpitation,dizziness,shortness,pharyngeal red,foreign body feeling in the pharynx,dry mouth not wanting to drink,mouth sticking,full abdomen,belching,easy to wake up,dreaming,difficult to sleep,irritability and cold are the most common symptoms of the treatment of heart diseases.For these symptoms,the main use of these symptoms(removing the original medicine of Yinqiao Mabo powder): poring,almond,licorice,tulip,loquat leaf,Chenpi,French pinellia,bamboo Ru,ginger,jujube kernel,and ivy.These drugs mainly come from Poria cocos almond liquorice soup,Wendan Decoction,Anshen medicine,Yujin,loquat leaf drug pairs.4.cluster analysis: the results of systematic cluster analysis of the data with symptoms and tongue pulse frequency greater than 5%.The results are divided into five categories: The first group was yellow and greasy fur-red tongue-vigorous pulse-dry mouth-no desire to drink-bitter mouth-sticky mouth-belching-acid regurgitation-red throat-fatigue-dizziness-chest tightness-palpitation-dreaminess-tinnitus-good at fright-shortness of breath-like deep breathing;the second group was easy to wake up-irritable-poor eyesight-sigh-sad to cry-anorexia-abdominal fullness-foreign body sensation in pharynx-sore throat-yellow urine-easy to catch fire-dark red tongue-thin yellow fur-vigorous pulse;the third group was insomnia-difficult to enter-Pulse string fine inch float;The fourth type is shallow sleep-want to drink warm water-easy perspiration-evil wind-low back acid-thin stool-thin white fur-thick white fur-The pulse is soft and the inch is strong;the fifth type is want to drink cold water-stuffy nose-dry throat-fear of cold-headache-Pulse string inch floating.The drugs of yinqiao mabo powder were clustered into four groups,The first category is malt-hawthorn-scutellaria-coptis-platycodon-talc;thesecond category is shenqu-atractylodes-schisandra-ophiopogon-astragalus-alisma-codonopsis-pueraria lobata-eucommia-ginger-jujube-floating wheat-turmeric-loquat leaves-almond-angelica-atractylodes macrocephala-bupleurumwhite peony root-peppermint-moutan cortex-jiao zhizi-licorice-salviaroot licorice;The third category is yejiao vine-jujube seed-chuanxiongzhimu-fu shen-lily;the fourth category is xiangfu-sugeng-magnolia officinalis-zhejiang fritillaria-fan banxia-zhuru-dried tangerine peel-fructus aurantii immaturus-poria cocos-fructus aurantii-shumi.Research conclusions:1.The pathogenesis of yinqiaomabo powder is as follows: the Qi mechanism of Shangjiao is disadvantageous,dampness and heat accumulate,and the fire of heart and gall block the throat.2.The typical formula and syndrome are as follows:Chest tightness,Pharyngeal redness,palpitation,Redness of tongue,Yellow and greasy fur,Pulse string Cun Wang.3.Professor Wu Bingcai often uses yinqiao mabo powder combined with wendan decoction,fuling almond liquorice decoction,suanzaoren decoction,jiawei xiaoyao pill,yueju pill,lishi qingshu yiqi decoction,gegen qinlian decoction,and can add or subtract yujin,loquat leaf,lily,yejiaojiaoteng,shumi,jiaosanxian,cuttlefish bone,fritillaria thunbergii,xiangfu,sugeng,eucommia,sangsheng according to different symptoms of patients It can treat insomnia,chest obstruction,palpitation and sweating in heart diseases. |
