Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Functional Constipation With Qi-stagnation-heat Retention By Liqi Runchang Decoction

Research purposeExploring the clinical efficacy and safety of Liqi Runchang Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation with stagnation of Qi and heat knot.Research method60 patients who were consistent with the standard of functional constipation with stagnation of Qi and heat knot were selected,randomly divided into Liqi Runchang Decoction combined with bispiobacteria Triathlobacteria capsule oral(treatment group)30 cases and lactulose oral solution combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules(control group)30 cases,two groups were observed after 2 weeks of treatment.Both groups were treated with basic treatment:eating more foods rich in dietary fiber,ensuring that the daily drinking water is sufficient,adhering to the right amount of exercise and developing good bowel habits.Observing the clinical symptoms,life quality assessment,anxiety mental status,recurrence and safety of patients before and after treatment.Research results1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,gender,disease progression,main symptom score of constipation,TCM symptom score(primary and secondary symptoms),SAS standard score and survival quality score between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was100%,and the total efficiency of the control group was 96.7%,and the treatment group and the control group were prompt to improve the symptoms of patients.The clinical efficacy of the two groups had a statistical significance(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Before and after the treatment of two groups,the two groups were compared in the group,and the main symptoms of constipation were scored,the SAS standard score and the survival quality score were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After the treatment of two groups,the inter-group comparison,in the main symptoms of constipation,the two groups did not have statistically significant in scores of defecation time,defecation effort and defecation frequency(P>0.05);two groups in defecation It has statistically significant comparisons,abdominal distension and fecal traits(P<0.05).Compared between groups,after the treatment of two groups,there was no statistical significance in comparison(P>0.05)in Chinese medicine symptoms(primary symptoms).Compared between groups,after the treatment of two groups,compared with Chinese medicine symptoms(subsequent)scores,the two groups were compared with the dry mouth,halitosis,chest tightness(P>0.05);two groups in the intestine There was a statistically significant significance in the bowel ringing,hiccup or fart a lot(P<0.05),and the symptom improvement in the treatment group was superior to the control group.Compared between groups,after the treatment of two groups,there was a statistically significant significance in the SAS standard score,and the survival quality score was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of anxiety and quality of life was better in the treatment group than in the control group.4.Effective patients in two groups after treatment were followed up,30 cases were followed up,and 3 cases were recurred.The recurrence rate was 10%;the control group follow-up to 29 cases,5 cases of recurrence,and the recurrence rate was17.2%.The application of Fisher’s exact probability method compared two groups of recurrence rate,P=0.472>0.05,and there was no statistically significant.5.During the two groups of treatment,no adverse reactions,safe and reliable medication,and the overall evaluation is safer.In conclusion,Liqi Runchang Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation with stagnation of Qi and heat knot is exact,significantly improves the symptoms and anxiety emotions of patients,improves the quality of life,long-term efficacy and safety,and is worthy of clinical practice.
