| Background The average incidence of tinnitus worldwide is 11.9% and 30%.According to a small-scale survey and estimate in China,patients who have suffered from tinnitus and are suffering from tinnitus account for 20% of the general population,Director Qiao Fengying thinks that tinnitus is closely related to people’s living standards and dietary rules.In clinical practice,it is found that the incidence of phlegm-fire stagnant tinnitus is on the rise.Huatan Tongqiao prescription combined with vinblastine sustained release capsule is used to clear heat and resolve phlegm,dredge orifices and relieve tinnitus,and the clinical effect is obvious.PurposeObjective to investigate the clinical efficacy of Huatan Tongqiao decoction combined with vinblastine sustained release capsule in the treatment of tinnitus of phlegm fire stagnation type,and analyze the related factors affecting the efficacy.Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huatan Tongqiao decoction combined with vinblastine sustained release capsule in the treatment of tinnitus of phlegm fire stagnation type.Methods68 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was given vinblastine sustained-release capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Huatan Tongqiao decoction.The curative effect of continuous treatment for 4 weeks was observed.The changes of TEQ score,TCM symptom score and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and the collected data were statistically analyzed.Results(1)there were 29 cases in the treatment group(32 cases included,3 cases lost),of which 4 cases were cured(13.79%),12 cases were effective(41.38%),9 cases were effective(31.03%),4 cases were ineffective(13.79%),and the total effective rate was 86.21%(25/29).There were 30 cases in the control group(36cases included,6 cases lost),of which 0 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective(6.67%),18 cases were effective(60%),10 cases were ineffective(33.33%),and the total effective rate was 66.67%(20/30).Statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).(2)After treatment,the total score of TEQ and the total score of each index: the score of tinnitus on life and work had no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);the scores of other indexes and the total score of TEQ in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)After treatment,TCM symptom scores: the score of tinnitus main symptom,dizziness,fullness of chest cavity,cough,phlegm,bitter mouth,and obstruction of two stools in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);there was no significant difference between the two groups in the score of ear swelling and stuffiness(P >0.05).ConclusionHuatan Tongqiao decoction combined with vinblastine sustained release capsule can not only significantly improve the main symptoms of tinnitus,but also relieve the local symptoms such as dizziness,ear swelling,chest fullness,cough,phlegm,bitter mouth,poor stool and other systemic symptoms. |
