Objective: The study quantitatively analyze the association between the health literacy of perinatal pregnant women and the pregnancy outcome in a certain area of Chongqing,to provide reference for improving the health level of maternal and infant in the city. Methods: 265 pregnant women who were hospitalized and delivered in a top three general hospital in Chongqing from January and April to December in 2020 were investigated by using perinatal maternal health literacy scale,SDS self rating depression scale and postpartum maternal and child status tracking questionnaire. Objective to analyze the health literacy level and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women and the relationship between them. Results: 1.The health literacy level and its influencing factors of pregnant women.Generally,The maternal health literacy level in Chongqing is not high, among which 26.03% have total health literacy,50.19% have functional health literacy,38.12% have communication health literacy,20% have critical health literacy. There are six items influencing the health literacy level of pregnant women in the study, which are maternal education, spouse education, occupation, family monthly income, payment method of medical expenses and whether health knowledge can be obtained through medical staff.2.The pregnant outcome and its influencing factors in the perinatal period.Except for the caesarean section, the ratio of other pregnancy outcomes was lower than 10%.The main factors influencing pregnancy outcome are the willingness of delivery mode, weight before pregnancy, age, marital status, association between parents, association between husband and wife, whether health knowledge is acquired through network, current pregnancy week, spouse education level and other nine factors.Among them,(1)the pregnant women who wish to deliver the labor mode are more likely to cesarean section than those who have the personal intention to give birth naturally;(2)the pregnant women with a weight of50-59 kg are more likely to cesarean section than those with a weight less than 50 kg before pregnancy;(3)the pregnant women over 30 years old are more likely to cesarean section than those who are less than 25 years old;(4)the pregnant women with the first marriage status are more likely to have cesarean section than those who are less than 25 years old;4 The risk of bleeding and puerperal infection is lower than that of unmarried pregnant women;(5)the pregnant women with harmonious association are less likely to bleed after production than those with inconsistent association;(6)the mothers with poor association are more likely to develop depression symptoms;(7)the risk of pregnancy and anemia is lower in pregnant women who obtain health knowledge through network;(8)the current pregnancy week is larger The proportion of full-term infants produced in pregnant women at 37 weeks was higher than that of the pregnant women who were less than 37 weeks at present;(9)the proportion of depression symptoms in pregnant women with higher spouse education was lower.3.The associations between maternal health literacy and pregnancy outcomes.Functional health literacy is an important factor affecting depression after pregnancy and childbirth. It is not found that there is a direct association between health literacy level and other pregnancy outcomes. Conclusion: the health literacy level of pregnant women is still not high.Besides the influence of functional health literacy on postpartum depression,no direct association between health literacy level and other pregnancy outcomes was found. In view of these factors, the next step is to increase the popularity of health knowledge in pregnancy,to improve the health literacy level of pregnant women in various ways, and to reduce the possibility of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
