Clinical Observation Of Litan Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease In Acute Exacerbation Of Phlegm-damp Accumulation Of Lung Syndrome

Purpose : Observe the clinical efficacy of Litan Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation of phlegm-dampness accumulating lung syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the acute exacerbation stage of phlegm-dampness accumulating lung syndrome who were treated at the Department of Pulmonology,Yongchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,Divided into Western medicine group and integrated Chinese and Western medicine group with 30 cases each,The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was given litan decoction+ western medicine,Western medicine group is given pure Western medicine,The course of treatment is 10 days,efficacy evaluation after treatment,efficacy evaluation includes : Compare the changes of the patients’ symptoms such as cough,sputum,shortness of breath and dyspnea before and after treatment,serological detection of the number of white blood cells,neutrophils,and CRP,comparison of TCM syndrome scores,m MRC and CAT scales before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 86.7%,and the effective rate of the western medicine group was 80.0%.Intra-group comparison: The CAT scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),Comparison of CAT scores between groups after treatment: the score of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group is lower than that of the western medicine group,and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Intra-group comparison: The m MRC scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),Comparison of m MRC scores between groups after treatment: the score of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group is lower than that of the western medicine group,and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison within the group: COPD score decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),Comparison of COPD scores between groups after treatment: the western medicine group was higher than the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison within the group: TCM syndrome score decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between groups after treatment: Western medicine group is higher than integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Intra-group comparison: The differences in white blood cells,CRP and neutrophils between the two groups of patients before and after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05),Serum index comparison between groups after treatment: the differences in white blood cells and neutrophils were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the differences in CRP were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Add Litan decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,Compared with simple western medicine treatment,it can effectively improve patients’ symptoms such as cough,sputum,shortness of breath,and dyspnea,And it can improve the patient ’ s serological indicators to a certain extent,Conducive to disease control,worthy of clinical application.
