Objective:To explore whether anxiety and depression will further affect the growth and development of the fetus in patients with hypertension disorders of pregnancy.Methods:1.Collect clinical data of 218 patients who were hospitalized in Northwest Women’s and Children’s Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 who were clearly diagnosed with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, including 139 cases of pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy and 79 cases of pregnant women with preeclampsia;at the same time;179 pregnant women in the control group without hypertensive disorders of pregnancy were collected. All the study subjects filled out the anxiety and depression self-rating scale during the period of labor, and then divided each group of cases into the anxiety and depression subgroup and the non-anxiety depression subgroup according to the self-rating scale.2.Measure and record the fetal biparietal diameter(BPD),abdominal circumference(AC),femur length(FL),Umbilical artery pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI),and end systolic velocity/end diastolic velocity(S/D)of each group of pregnant women within1 week before delivery;Measure and record newborn’s birth weight at the same time.3.Perform statistical analysis on the cases of gestational hypertension group, preeclampsia group and control group to understand the effect of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy on the growth and development of fetus, whether there is a correlation between hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and anxiety and depression during pregnancy, the Influence of anxiety and depression on fetal growth and development and Is there any difference in the growth parameters of the fetus with different types blood pressure and Whether or not accompanied by anxiety and depression?Results:1.Fetal biparietal diameter and newborn birth weight in the control group>Fetal biparietal diameter and newborn birth weight in the gestational hypertension group>Fetal biparietal diameter and newborn birth weight in the preeclampsia group;the comparison between the groups P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant significance.2.The FL and AC of the fetus in the control group> the FL and AC of the fetus in the gestational hypertension group> the FL and AC of the fetus in the preeclampsia group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant; The comparison between the control group and pregnancy hypertension group and the comparison between the control group and the preeclampsia group is P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant,Between gestational hypertension and preeclampsia group P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.3.The PI value,RI value and S/D ratio of the umbilical artery blood flow between the groups were compared,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.4.The newborn’s birth weight of pregnant women with anxiety and depression in the control group was less than that without anxiety and depression in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.The PI value,RI value, and S/D ratio of the umbilical artery of the pregnant women with anxiety and depression in the control group were greater than those of the fetal umbilical artery of the pregnant women without anxiety and depression in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.6.There is a correlation between hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and anxiety during pregnancy. The preeclampsia group has the largest proportion of pregnancy anxiety(22.8%),and the control group has the largest proportion(93.3%)without anxiety.7.Different blood pressure groups and whether they are accompanied by anxiety and depression have no interactive effects on the fetal BPD value,AC value,FL value, umbilical artery RI value, and S/D ratio.8.Different blood pressure groups and whether they are accompanied by anxiety and depression have an interactive effect on the birth weight of newborns. In the control group, newborn’s birth weight when there is anxiety and depression <the newborn’s birth weight without anxiety and depression,P = 0.02,the difference is statistically significant; There was no significant difference in the newborn’s birth weight in the pregnancy-induced hypertension group and the preeclampsia group when there was anxiety and depression during pregnancy and when there was no anxiety and depression during pregnancy;Compared with the control group without anxiety and depression, the decrease in the newborn birth weight in the preeclampsia group with anxiety and depression was greater than the decrease in the newborn birth weight in the preeclampsia group without anxiety and depression.9.Different blood pressure groups and whether they are accompanied by anxiety and depression have an interactive effect on the umbilical artery PI value. In the control group, the umbilical artery PI value when there is anxiety and depression> the umbilical artery PI value when there is no anxiety and depression,P=0.001,the difference is statistically significant; There was no significant difference in the umbilical artery PI value of the gestational hypertension group and the preeclampsia group when there was anxiety and depression during pregnancy and when there was no anxiety and depression during pregnancy; The PI value of the umbilical artery in the preeclampsia group with anxiety and depression was greater than the PI value of the umbilical artery in the control group without anxiety and depression, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:1.Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy affects the growth and development of the fetus,so that the fetal double parietal diameter, abdominal circumference, femur length and other parameters are smaller than those without hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, and the more serious the disease, the more significant the impact.2.Anxiety and depression during pregnancy will affect the umbilical arterial blood flow of the fetus, and then affect the birth weight of newborns.3.There is a correlation between hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and anxiety during pregnancy.4.Different blood pressure groups and whether they are accompanied by anxiety and depression have an interactive effect on the birth weight of newborns,Anxiety and depression during pregnancy may aggravate the impact of preeclampsia on the newborn birth weight.Clinical screening of anxiety and depression can be performed on pregnant women with preeclampsia,For pregnant women with anxiety and depression, psychological intervention should be given in time to reduce the impact on the birth weight of the newborn,so as to improve the short-and long-term prognosis of the fetus after birth.
