Objective: To study the in vitro antibacterial effect of 13 Chinese herbal medicines and Chinese herbal compound on 7 kinds of pathogenic bacteria of urinary tract infection.Through the analysis of MIC value,MBC value and FIC value of two groups of experiments,we screened out Chinese herbal medicines with better antibacterial effect,in order to reduce the use of antibacterial drugs and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of urinary tract infection.Methods: In this study,an in vitro antibacterial experiment was used to study honeysuckle,forsythia,cork,scutellaria,coptis,plantain,dianthus,talcum,gardenia,licorice,and Sichuan Mutong and Rhubarb 13 commonly used Chinese herbal medicines against Enterococcus faecium,Enterococcus faecalis,Escherichia coli,ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,ESBLs-producing Klebsiella pneumonia,carbapenem-resistant pneumonia The antibacterial effect of Klebsiella 7 kinds of urinary tract infection pathogenic bacteria,record the diameter of inhibition zone,MIC value and MBC value of each Chinese medicine,and then observe the compound Bazheng San combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules by the method of combining Chinese and Western medicine The FIC value when combined with cefuroxime axetil capsules in different time gradients to study the inhibitory effect of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine on different time gradients on urinary resistant bacteria.Result: The 13 Chinese herbal medicines have different degrees of antibacterial effect on 7 kinds of urinary system pathogens.1.Enterococcus faecium: the diameter of inhibition ring of Flos Lonicerae,Fructus Forsythiae,Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Scutellariae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei against Enterococcus faecium: 9.2,6.6,11.3,15.6,18.6,12,11.4mm,respectively.The MIC values of the above herbs against Enterococcus faecium:250~125、250~125、125~62.5、62.5~31.25、62.5~31.25、125、250~125mg/ml,respectively.Plantain,Qumai,bianxu,talcum,Gardenia jasminoides and Mutong had no inhibition on Enterococcus faecium effect.2.Enterococcus faecalis: honeysuckle,Forsythia suspense,phellodendron,Scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis chinensis,Glycyrrhiza uralensis and rhubarb had inhibitory ring diameters of 7.5,12,12.6,14.5,17,16.3,11.3 mm,respectively.The MIC values of the above Chinese herbs against Enterococcus faecalis were 500、250~125、125~62.5、62.5、62.5~31.25、125~250、125mg/ml,respectively.3.Escherichia coli: the diameter of inhibition ring of honeysuckle,forsythia,phellodendron,Scutellaria,Coptis,licorice and rhubarb on Escherichia coli were 7.6,6.2,7.8,15.3,18.5,10.8,8.9mm,respectively.The MIC values of the above traditional Chinese medicine on Escherichia coli were 250、>500、250、125~62.5、31.25、250 and 250~125mg/ml,respectively.Forsythia had inhibition ring on Escherichia coli,but the inhibition effect was not obvious QIANZI,Qumai,bianxu,talc,Zhizi and Mutong had no inhibitory effect on Enterococcus faecalis.4.The diameter of the inhibitory ring of Scutellaria against ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,ESBLs-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae,and carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae were 13,13.7,11.2,9.7,respectively mm,the inhibitory diameters of Coptidis for the above four strains were 12,14,10.5,9.3mm,respectively;the MIC values of Scutellaria baicalensis and Coptidis for the above four strains were all in the range of 500-250mg/m L.5.The MBC value of Phellodendron chinense and Rhubarb for Enterococcus faecalis is between 500~250 mg/m L;the MBC value of Scutellaria baicalensis and Coptidis for Enterococcus faecium,Enterococcus faecalis,and Escherichia coli are greater than or equal to 250 mg/m L,except for the above Chinese herbal medicines.The bactericidal effect of other Chinese herbal medicines on pathogenic bacteria is not obvious,except for some bactericidal effects on 7 kinds of urinary tract pathogenic bacteria.6.When the test bacteria are ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli,the compound Bazheng powder is added to the levofloxacin solution after 0h and 2h.The FIC index is 1,respectively.The combination of the two drugs has an additive effect on the inhibition of the test bacteria.Bazheng powder was added to the levofloxacin solution after 4 hours of action,the FIC index was 0.5,and the combination of the two drugs had a synergistic effect on the experimental bacteria.The compound Bazheng powder was added to the cefuroxime axetil solution for 0h after the treatment,the FIC index was 2.5,and the combination of the two drugs showed antagonistic effect on the experimental bacteria.Bazheng powder was added to the cefuroxime axetil solution for 2h and 4h after the treatment,the FIC index was 1.25,and the combination of the two drugs showed irrelevant effects.7.When the experimental bacteria is ESBLs-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae,the compound Bazheng powder is added to the levofloxacin solution after 0 hours of action,the FIC index is 1,and the combination of the two drugs has an additive effect on the inhibition of the experimental bacteria.Bazheng powder was added to the levofloxacin solution for 2h and 4h after the treatment,the FIC index was 2.06,and the combination of the two drugs played an antagonistic effect.Bazheng powder was added to the cefuroxime axetil solution after 2 hours of action,the FIC index was 0.625,and the combination of the two drugs showed an additive effect.Bazheng powder was added to cefuroxime axetil at 0h and 4h after treatment,the FIC index was 1.25,and the combination of the two drugs showed irrelevant effects.Conclusion: The antibacterial effects of different Chinese medicines on different strains are quite different,and the bactericidal effect is not obvious.Scutellaria,Coptis,Phellodendron,Licorice,and Rhubarb have better antibacterial effects on Enterococcus faecium,Enterococcus faecalis,and Escherichia coli,while honeysuckle and Forsythia have weaker antibacterial effects.Talc,Gardenia,and Mutong have no inhibitory effect on the above strains;except for Scutellaria baicalensis and Coptidis for ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,ESBLs-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae,and carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae The bacteria have antibacterial effects and similar effects,other Chinese herbal medicines have no antibacterial effect on the above strains.Adding levofloxacin solution to the inhibition of ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli at 0h,2h and 4h after Bazheng powder has an additive or synergistic effect.Adding levofloxacin solution after 0h of Bazheng powder has an additive or synergistic effect on the inhibition of ESBLs-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae Addition effect,the addition of cefuroxime axetil solution after the Bazheng powder has been used for 2 hours has an additive effect on the inhibition of ESBLs-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae.In the rest of the time gradient,the combination of the two drugs has a poor inhibitory effect on pathogenic bacteria.
