Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Periarthritis Of Shoulder With Blood Stasis Type By Elongated Needle

Object:In this study,we observed the changes of VAS score and constant Murley shoulder function score before and after treatment,and evaluated the clinical efficacy of elongated needle theraPy in the treatment of Periarthritis of shoulder with blood stasis.Method:In this study,60 Patients with stasis tyPe frozen shoulder that fulfilled the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two grouPs,30 in the control grouP,and the other 30 in the treatment grouP.The control grouP was conventional acuPuncture grouP,and the main acuPoints were as follows:Jianliao,Jianyu,Jianzhen,Jianqian,Ashi,Yanglingquan and Tiaokoutouchengshan.The treatment grouPs were elongated needle theraPy grouP,and the main acuPoints were as follows:Jiquan through Jianzhen,Jiquan through Jianyu,waibinao,Jianyu,Quchi,Waiguan,Tiaokou through Chengshan.After needling in both grouPs,cuPPing theraPy was given,and the acuPoints were taken:ASI acuPoint,leaving the cuP for 5-10 min.AcuPuncture once a day,6 times a week,6 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The changes of VAS scores and constant Murley shoulder function scores before and after treatment were observed,and the statistical analysis was Performed with sPss25.0 software to evaluate the efficacy.Result:1.The baseline data between the two grouPs were comPared,there were no significant differences(P>0.05)in gender,age,Pre-treatment VAS scores and constant murrey Performance scores between the two grouPs,which were comParable.2.The VAS scores of the two grouPs were comPared,both treatments could reduce the VAS scores of the Patients(P<0.05),and the score of elongated needle grouP was much lower than that of conventional acuPuncture grouP(P<0.05).3.ComParing the scores and the total scores of constant Murley in the two grouPs,both treatments imProved the Patients’ Pain scores,ADL scores,Rom scores,and the total constant Murley scores(P<0.05),and scores of elongated needle grouP was higher than that of conventional acuPuncture grouP(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of the two grouPs were comPared,treatment grouP(96.6%)was better than the control grouP(80%).Conclusion:1.Both the elongated needle theraPy grouP and the conventional acuPuncture grouP showed curative effects on Periarthritis of shoulder with blood stasis.2.This study shows that elongated needle theraPy is significantly better than conventional acuPuncture in reducing VAS score,imProving Pain score,ADL score,Rom score and constant Murley total score,which can better relieve shoulder Pain,increase shoulder joint range of motion and imProve the quality of life of Patients.
