Clinical Observation On Baduanjin Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Cervical Type

ObjectiveThrough the clinical observation of Baduanjin combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,evaluation,statistics,and comparison of the patient’s symptom score before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the combined group on cervical spondylosis was objectively evaluated.MethodsIn this trial,75 patients with cervical spondylosis who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a simple Baduanjin group,a simple acupuncture group,and a combined group(Baduanjin + acupuncture),25 cases in each.Use Baduanjin treatment plan,acupuncture treatment plan,Baduanjin combined acupuncture treatment plan.The treatment course of the three groups was 8 weeks.The changes in physiological curvature,VAS score,anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),and cervical spine dysfunction index score were observed before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated after the treatment.Results1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,there was no statistical significance between Baduanjin group and acupuncture group in cervical physiological curvature(P>0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment,there was extremely significant statistical significance between the combined group and Baduanjin group in cervical physiological curvature(P<0.001);there was significant statistical significance between the combined group and acupuncture group in cervical physiological curvature(P<0.01).2.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual simulation score among Baduanjin group,acupuncture group and combined group(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,there was no statistical significance between Baduanjin group and acupuncture visual simulation score(P>0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment,there was statistical significance between combination group and Baduanjin group in visual simulation score(P<0.05);there was statistical significance between combination group and acupuncture group in visual simulation score(P<0.05).3.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SAS scores among Baduanjin group,acupuncture group and combined group(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of Baduanjin group and acupuncture self rating Anxiety Scale were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 8weeks of treatment,the scores of combination group and Baduanjin group were statistically significant(P<0.001);the scores of combination group and acupuncture group were statistically significant(P<0.001).4.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of cervical dysfunction index among Baduanjin group,acupuncture group and combined group(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,there was no statistical significance between Baduanjin group and acupuncture group(P>0.05);after8 weeks of treatment,there was extremely significant statistical significance between the combined group and Baduanjin group(P<0.001);there was extremely significant statistical significance between the combined group and acupuncture group(P<0.001).5.After 8 weeks of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the Baduanjin group and the acupuncture group(P>0.05);there was statistically significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the combined group and the Baduanjin group(P<0.05);there was statistically significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the combined group and the acupuncture group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of Baduanjin group,acupuncture group and combination group was 88%,84% and 96%,respectively.Conclusions1.The research of this subject shows that both the Baduanjin treatment plan and the acupuncture plan can effectively treat cervical cervical spondylosis;after comparison,the Baduanjin combined acupuncture treatment plan is more effective and effective,convenient,without any side effects and not affected by environmental time.The limited treatment methods provide new ideas and programs for clinically solving this disease;2.According to various data,the Baduanjin combined acupuncture treatment program can better relieve the symptoms,and the effective rate of treatment is better than that of the simple treatment group;3.Baduanjin combined with acupuncture can effectively relieve the disease,resolve local muscle spasms,restore the stability of the neck structure;relieve pain,improve the stability of the cervical spine and the balance of dynamic and static forces of the cervical spine,and alleviate and eradicate the clinical symptoms of the disease.It is easy to be accepted by patients and should be widely promoted to all primary hospitals.
