Observation Of The Clinical Effect Of Pressing Acupuncture Combined With Kaiyu Zhongyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Liver Depression Type Infertility Based On The Theory Of "Jealous Infertility"

Purpose:Observe the clinical efficacy of Press-needle combined with Kaiyu Zhongyu Decoction in the treatment of liver depression type infertility,evaluate its effectiveness in the treatment of this disease,and provide a basis for the clinical application of the prescription.Method:Select 64 patients with liver depression type infertility who were diagnosed with liver depression type infertility at the Outpatient Department of Gynecology,Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2020.They were randomly divided into two groups,of which 32 patients in the treatment group were treated with Press-needle combined with Kaiyu Zhongyu Decoction,the specific acupoints were:endocrine,liver,subcortex,and internal genitalia;32 patients in the control group received Kaiyu Zhongyu Decoction orally.One menstrual cycle is one course of treatment,three consecutive courses of treatment.Observe the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,the changes of progesterone(P)levels during the luteal phase,and pregnancy conditions of the two groups of patients.Result:In the selected 64 patients with liver depression type infertility,32 cases were in the treatment group and 18 cases were pregnant,accounting for 56.25%;the control group was 32 cases,and 10 cases were pregnant,accounting for 31.25%.It can be seen that the treatment group is better than the control group;In terms of clinical symptoms and signs improvement,among the 32 patients in the treatment group,6 cases(18.75%)were cured,15 cases were markedly effective(46.88%),10 cases were effective(31.25%),and 1 case was ineffective(3.12%).The total effective rate was Among the 32 patients in the control group,3 cases were cured(9.38%),7 cases were markedly effective(21.88%),13 cases were effective(40.62%),and 9 cases(28.12%)were ineffective.The total effective rate was 71.88%.After statistical analysis of the two groups,P<0.05,it can be seen that both groups have improved the symptoms of liver depression,but the treatment group(Press-needle combined with Kaiyu Zhongyu Decoction)has more advantages in improving the symptoms of liver depression.better result.It is proved that Press-needle combined with Kaiyu Zhongyu Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of liver depression type infertility.Although some patients are not pregnant,the clinical symptoms and signs caused by liver depression have been improved to varying degrees.Conclusion:1.Press-needle combined with Kaiyu Zhongyu Decoction is effective in treating liver depression type infertility.2.Press-needle combined with Kaiyu Zhongyu Decoction to treat liver-stagnation type infertility can effectively alleviate the symptoms of liver-stagnation and increase pregnancy rate.3.Press-needle combined with Kaiyu Zhongyu Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of liver-stagnation type infertility,without obvious side effects,and is worthy of clinical research and promotion.
