Clinical Observation Of Panchang San Oral Combined With Changwei San Application In Treating Night Cry(Stagnation Of Spleen And Qi)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of oral Panchang San combined with Changwei San in the treatment of infants and young children with spleen cold and qi stagnation at night,and to explore the effectiveness of the prescription and its advantages in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:According to the randomization method,60 children who met the clinical observation of night cry(cold spleen and qi stagnation type)and excluded organic diseases were classified into the treatment group with even numbers and the control group with odd numbers,all of which were 30 cases.The treatment group was given oral Panchang San combined with Chinese patent medicine Changwei San applied to Shenque point,and the control group was given Chinese patent medicine Changwei San applied to Shenque point.By recording the changes of the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment and the subjective sleep quality assessment scale for infants and young children,the differences between the two were analyzed to illustrate the reliability of the efficacy of Panchang San and Changwei San in the treatment of spleen-cold qi stagnant night cry in children,Which can be used as a basis for further clinical promotion.Results:1.The study of this subject enrolled 60 samples of children as required,of which 2 cases fell off automatically,1 case each in the treatment group and the control group,and the remaining 58 cases completed this clinical observation,Gender P>0.05,no statistical difference.2.The main symptom score of the two groups of children before treatment was P=0.191>0.05,there was no statistical difference,and it was significantly reduced after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.3.The scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of children before treatment P=0.271>0.05,no statistical difference,significantly reduced after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.4.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.9%.The total effective rate of the two groups of children has a significant statistical difference P=0.0001<0.05,indicating that the total effective rate of the treatment group is significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Panchang San oral combined with Changwei San application and Changwei San application on Shenque point can improve the clinical symptoms of children’s night cry(cold spleen and qi stagnation),and the effect of Panchang San oral combined with Changwei San application is more obvious.2.No obvious adverse reactions occurred during clinical observation.Panchang San oral combined with Changwei San application treatment is safe and effective.
