| Objects:The functional magnetic resonance data of Xuanzhong(GB39)-Zusanli(ST36)group before acupuncture resting state,acupuncture state and after acupuncture resting state were collected and compared to summarize the specific brain region activation performance of acupuncture Xuanzhong-Zusanli group,and explore the brain effect mechanism of acupuncture Xuanzhong-Zusanli group.Methods:18 healthy volunteers 10 of them are male others are female each of them met the inclusion criteria and were all right-handed were selected.Each volunteer received two experiments,respectively,the Xuanzhong-Zusanli acupoint group and Xuanzhong-single acupoint acupuncture test,and the interval between the two experiments was 7 days.Philips 3.0T dual-source dual-gradient magnetic resonance scanner was used to collect brain activation signal data of subjects after acupuncture on the right Xuanzhong-Zusanli group and the right Xuanzhong-single point,as well as resting state f MRI data before and after acupuncture.Based on Matlab 2017 a,DPars FA and XJView software were used for image data processing.SPM12 was used to perform statistical analysis on the image data to obtain the information of the location,voxel value,activation intensity and ALFF value before and after acupuncture in the Xuanzhong-Zusanli group.Results:1.Acupuncture in the xuanzhong-Zusanli acupoint positively activated brain regions: right central sulcus cover,angular gyrus,cuneus,superior gyrus,left inferior parietal margin angular gyrus,insula,orbital inferior frontal gyrus,medial superior frontal gyrus,triangular inferior frontal gyrus,and posterior central gyrus(P< 0.05);No negative activation region.2.Acupuncture at Xuanzhong single point positively activated brain regions as follows: left anterior central gyrus,right middle cerebral gyrus and left posterior central gyrus(P< 0.05);No negative activation region.3.Compared with acupuncture suspended clock single cavity,acupuncture suspended clock-foot three mile group hole enhanced brain activation area include: the right superior temporal gyrus,right superior temporal in back to back,the left brain,right brain tongue insula,left brain orbit inferior frontal gyrus,cover the central sulcus of the brain,right brain superior temporal gyrus,left medial frontal brain last time,right angular gyrus,right brain wedge leaf,the left edge of the top Angle after come back,the top side of the brain,the left brain central back;The weakened brain regions included: right inferior temporal gyrus,right middle temporal gyrus,left insula,left orbital inferior frontal gyrus,right central sulcus cover,right superior temporal gyrus,left medial superior frontal gyrus,left triangular inferior frontal gyrus,right angular gyrus,right cuneus,left inferior parietal marginal angular gyrus,right parietal gyrus,left posterior central gyrus(P<0.05).4.Compared with before acupuncture,the resting state ALFF value increased after acupuncture in Xuanzhong-Zusanli: right cerebral fusiform gyrus and left anterior central gyrus;The ALFF decreased in the right medial superior frontal gyrus,medial and parapingulate gyrus,precentral gyrus,left medial superior frontal gyrus,and middle temporal gyrus(P< 0.001).5.Compared with before acupuncture,the cerebral regions where ALFF value of resting state increased after acupuncture at Xuanzhong single point included: right occipital lobe,parietal and inferior edge angular gyrus;The left superior frontal gyrus and the supplementary motor area,the brain areas with decreased ALFF value included the right medial superior frontal gyrus and the superior superior gyrus(P< 0.001).6.Compared with acupuncture at Xuanzhong-Zusanli acupoint,the cerebral regions with higher resting state ALFF value after acupuncture at Xuanzhong-Zusanli acupoint included: left orbital inferior frontal gyrus,left medial superior frontal gyrus and right parietal inferior marginal angular gyrus;The lower ALFF values were found in the left glossal gyrus and the right cuneus(P< 0.001).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture in the Xuanzhong-Zusanli group was more specific than that in the two single acupoints,with a wider range and stronger degree of activation in the group,rather than a simple superposition of two single acupoints.2.Acupuncture at Xuanzhong-Zusanli group can stimulate language,cognitive and mental brain regions compared with two single points,which is related to its clinical treatment.This phenomenon may be related to the synergistic effect of acupuncture.3.After acupuncture in Xuanzhong-Zusanli group,the ALFF value in the activated brain region increased and decreased compared with that before acupuncture,indicating that the post-acupuncture effect is a complex regulatory process and will continue to exist at the end of acupuncture. |
