| Objective:Through the method of retrospective analysis,the clinical data of patients with essential hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction were analyzed,and the clinical characteristics of such patients and the clinical efficacy and experience of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of this disease were discussed.Methods:This retrospective analysis was based on the data source of inpatient electronic case system.The clinical data of 131 patients with essential hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome in the second Department of Cardiology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to December 2019 were collected.General information(gender,age,personal history,family history,predisposing factors,season of onset,course of disease,combined diseases),concurrent syndrome and medication,clinical situation(blood pressure before and after treatment,TCM syndrome)of patients were collected,sorted and entered into excel,and the data were analyzed by spss20.0 statistical software.Result:1 、 General information:In this 131 cases of patients with essential hypertension:(1)gender,age:there were 52 males and 79 females,with a male to female ratio of 1 ∶ 1.52 and an average age of 58.61±12.33;(2)Personal history,family history,predisposing factors:there were 24 cases of smoking history,22 cases of drinking history,33 cases of family history of hypertension,22 cases of fatigue and 14 cases of emotional factors;(3)Season of onset:there were 44 cases occurred in spring,25 cases in summer,39 cases in autumn and 23 cases in winter;(4)Course of disease:the average course of disease was 6.91±8.54,and 80 cases(61.07%)occurred in five years;(5)Comorbidities:the top 5 were lacunar cerebral infarction in 66 cases(50.38%),coronary heart disease in 44 cases(33.59%),cervical spondylosis in27 cases(20.61%),diabetes in 22 cases(16.79%),and cerebral insufficiency in21 cases(16.03%).2、In this 131 cases of patients with essential hypertension,there were 47 cases of qi deficiency(35.88%),33 cases of blood stasis(25.19%),30 cases of phlegm turbidity(22.90%),29 cases of blood deficiency(22.14%).3、Blood pressure:after treatment,systolic blood pressure was lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The diastolic blood pressure after treatment was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference of pulse pressure after treatment was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the total effective rate of blood pressure was 90.08%.4 、 TCM syndrome:after treatment,the single TCM syndrome score was lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the total TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total efficacy of TCM syndrome can reach88.55%.Conclusion:1 、 In this 131 cases,most of them are middle-aged and old people,and most of them are women.The incidence is related to smoking,drinking,family history,fatigue,emotion,etc.The incidence is related to season,and most of them are in spring.The course of disease is mostly within 5 years,and it is easy to merge with other diseases.2 、 In the 131 cases,Qi deficiency syndrome was the most common,followed by blood stasis,phlegm turbidity and blood deficiency.3 、 Tianma Gouteng Decoction can effectively reduce the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure difference in essential hypertension patients with Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome.4 、 Tianma Gouteng Decoction can effectively improve the single and total TCM syndrome scores of patients with primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome,and improve the clinical symptoms. |
