Effect Of Tianma Gouteng Yin On Hypertension Clinical Observation

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng Yin on hypertensive patients with liver-yang hyperactivity,and the changes of total scores of TCM syndromes,blood pressure and urinary microalbumin before and after treatment,to explore the antihypertensive effect and advantages of Tianma Gouteng Decoction on hypertension(hyperactivity of liver yang).Methods: A total of 40 patients who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study.The study began in March 2018 and ended in March2019.All patients were patients who visited the four outpatient clinics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The selected patients ranged in age from 40 to 60 years old,and the patients diagnosed as hypertensive(hyperactivity of liver-yang type)were taken as subjects for study and accepted.The patients took Tianma Gouteng Decoction orally,twice a day,twice in the morning and evening,with a dose of 150 ml and a course of treatment of 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,the changes of blood pressure,TCM syndrome score and urinary microalbumin were observed before and after treatment to explore the antihypertensive effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction.Statistical software SpSS 17.0 was used to analyze the statistical results of all recorded data before and after treatment.Result:1.Comparing the blood pressure before and after treatment,the results showed that the blood pressure after treatment decreased significantly(p<0.05),with statistical significance.2.The scores of TCM syndromes of patients before and after treatment decreased significantly(p< 0.05),with statistical significance.3.The urinary microalbumin of patients before and after treatment decreased significantly(p< 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Tianma Gouteng Yin can reduce the blood pressure level of hypertension(hyperactivity of liver-yang type),and the effect of loweringblood pressure is remarkable.2.Tianma Gouteng Yin can reduce the score of TCM syndromes of hypertension(hyperactivity of liver-yang)and improve TCM syndromes.3.Tianma Gouteng Decoction can reduce the urinary microalbumin.
