| Objective: To observe clinical curative effect on neck type of cervical spondylosis(Neck Type of Cerv-ical Spondylosis NTCS)treated with the Rhizoma sinensis of A shi Point combined with Isometric resistance therapy and to provide new ideas.Methods: A total of 60 patients with NTCS were enrolled in this study,who were enrolled from the Department of Acupuncture,Orthopedics and massage of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to January 2021 and who met the diagnosis and were included but did not meet the exclusion criteria.They were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with filiform needle routine acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with Huizhi acupoint combined with iso-length anti-resistance therapy.The two groups were treated once a day,6 times as a course of treatment,one day interval between two courses,a total of two courses of treatment.Observed at the end of the first treatment in the two groups(pain Numerical Pain Rating-Scale digital grading method,NRS,use medical journal,published by China’s pain,the Chinese version of Jane shortformmcgrillquestionnaire Mc Grill pain questionnaire-2-2,SF-MPQ-2)pain,after 2 courses of obse-rvation(neck pain scale Northwick Park Neck Pain Questionnaire,NPQ,cervical dysfunction index Neck Disability Index,NDI,Range Ofmotion cervi-cal spine mobility,ROM)curative effect.Results:1.NRS score: after the first treatment,the difference between the treatment group and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.SF-MPQ-2 scores: after the first treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.NPQ score: before and after treatment,both groups could effectively reduce NPQ score(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the score difference of the treatment group was larger,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.NDI score: both groups could effectively reduce NPQ score before and after treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the score difference of the treatment group was larger,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.ROM score: before and after treatment,both groups could effectively improve the ROM score(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the score difference of the treatment group was larger,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The total effective rate after treatment in the two groups was 83.33%in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which proved that Huizhi acupoint combined with iso-length anti-resistance therapy was superior to conventional acupuncture.Conclusion:1.Huizhi acupoint combined with iso-length anti-resistance therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of neck pain and improve the function of cervical vertebra in patients with cervical spondylosis.2.In terms of pain in NTCS patients,Huizhi acupoint combined with iso-length anti-resistance therapy has a better immediate effect,which is significantly better than conventional acupuncture. |
