| Purpose:Objective To observe the clinical effect of muscle starting and stopping point therapy combined with conventional acupuncture on cervical spondylosis.Method:in this study,the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 60 patients met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to 1:1 method,on the basis of treatment time of treatment group were observed with parity assignment,The observation group was treated with the combination of muscle starting and stopping point therapy and routine acupuncture,the control group only routine acupuncture treatment,after two courses of observation results in evaluation.Result:the treatment group and control group in the treatment of disease(P>0.05),age(P>0.05),gender(P>0.05),VAS integral,in front of the several contrast before treatment P values are greater than 0.05,suggesting that the treatment group and the control group are comparable.Pain duration(P<0.05),pain relief time(P<0.05),the two groups after treatment VAS score table integral(P<0.05),the control group and the treatment group after the treatment of the symptoms of the two courses were improved.The duration of pain between the two groups(P<0.05),pain relief time(P<0.05),the two groups after treatment VAS score score(P<0.05)and The recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group were 10% and 33.33%,the total effective rate was 93.33% and 83.33%,respectively,indicating that the control group after the treatment of the two courses,no significant effect in the treatment group.Conclusion:Treatment of cervical spondylosis with cervical acupuncture can reduce the pain time,reduce the recurrence rate,improve the cure rate and reduce the pain level of patients with cervical spondylosis.All in all,muscle starting point therapy combined with conventional acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis,this method can be further studied in clinical and vigorously promoted. |
