High sugar diet is a worldwide public health problem.Long-term high sugar diet will bring great harm to the body and lead to a variety of diseases.Many countries in Europe and America have taken measures to reduce sugar consumption and reduce their national sugar intake.However,there is no corresponding sugar control policy in China.According to statistics,the sugar consumption in China continues to increase,and the per capita sugar intake is far higher than the recommendation of the World Health Organization.The diseases related to high sugar diet are also gradually becoming younger.Studies have found that young people are the main force of high sugar diet,and young people have just separated from the family diet and gradually formed their own eating habits,which is a good period for intervention of eating habits.Therefore,the main content of this study is to help young people establish healthy behavior habits,get rid of the harm caused by high sugar diet,and then drive people around to control and manage sugar together through social influence.From theoretical analysis to design practice,this paper is divided into four parts:theoretical analysis-user research-strategy construction-design practice.The first part of the theoretical analysis is to study the relevant theories of persuasive design and a large number of practical cases,explore the application strategies of persuasive design in different professional fields,and further analyze its intervention points in the field of sugar control management of young people.The second part is user research.The influencing factors of young people in the process of sugar control management are studied by means of preliminary survey,in-depth interview and behavior experiment,so as to understand the current situation of young people’s diet,summarize the internal and external influencing factors in sugar control management,output the stakeholder model,and divide the stages of sugar control behavior.Then,combined with the persuasive design,the relationship model of sugar control management and the persuasive design strategy of youth sugar control management were obtained.Finally,according to the above research conclusions,the youth sugar control management design practice was carried out,the design scheme was output,and the product was verified and optimized through usability test.This paper finds out the new characteristics of persuasive design in the context of youth sugar control management,enriches the theory of persuasive design,and provides a certain reference for future sugar control management design.
